Description of Work: We have a small front and back yard. Liberty comes weekly to mow and trim. They've provided other services upon request. They do great work and are reasonably priced.

Description of Work: lawn service, cutting, trimming. They cut the lawn on time every week but they do nothing more. I imagine I'm expecting too much to have them pickup the cuttings from my own clean out of plants and flowers when I've trimmed back everything but they don't unless I'm there to ask them. They've often disconnected my gutter drain out when they're cutting and do not reconnect and it rains and lots of water collects right by my house instead draining away from the house. I said I'd use in the future because they're still more consistent than my last company but I'd be open for a new service provider.

Description of Work: Never a problem. They are the only landscaping company I've used that listens to instructions and follows through. In my case this means putting clippings in the compost pile, which no other company seems to be able to remember to do.

Description of Work: I used this provider for installation of a yard drainage system, yard regrading, sod installation and other landscaping.

Description of Work: Liberty is contracted to do grass cutting and edging but they also, without charging or being asked to do so, weed and clip bushes. I've asked them NOT to weed as I don't know if they can tell a native plant from a weed, which is a subjective designation anyway.

Description of Work: We just hired Liberty Landscaping to put sod in our back yard and to level it off.

Description of Work: Liberty established a yard drainage system for our backyard that empties directly into the street sewage line. The system connects downspouts from the house that (along with water from neighbors' yards) made our backyard a lake on heavy rains to a catch basin in the backyard, which then is gravity-fed around the house to the pipe to the street. We are hopeful this will also alleviate our basement seepage problems on heavy rains. In addition, the job involved diverting to the catch-basin a problematic driveway drain that formerly drained through the house plumbing, and may have caused us to 'self'-flood' in the baseement on heavy rains despite the presence of a back-flo valve on our pipe to the street. Finally, a bit of localized re-grading was done, with installation of a few additional finger drains, to capture water in certain other low points in the yard. The principal, Don, is very knowledgeable and really thinks through the problem. He is also a stickler for doing it right, and prefers to use the right materials (eg., concrete instead of plastic basins, and pvc piping instead of the corrugated plastic pipes) so that it really solves the problem and endures (he'll do it the cheaper way if the homeowner insists in order to match the price of that of his competitors, but after hearing him out on one will likely go the 'quality' way). His quote was higher than some competitors, but if you want quality construction and a job that will endure beyond a year or two, go with Liberty. Based on our experience, Don is also a very honest and trustworthy person.
