+ -1 moreI called them for an estimate on a home appraisal for the purposes of a divorce. They called back promptly, and faxed the contract as they stated (one day late; not a problem for me). They wanted me to sign an additional agreement saying I would pay them $450 per hour with a 2 hour minimum if they were called to testify in my divorce case. They would not agree to perform the work unless I signed that agreement. We are mediating, not litigating, and I did not want to sign that agreement, so I did not hire them.
Description of Work: Estimate for home appraisal.
