+ -1 moreJim and his colleague were on time and prepared. They did the inspection with me, explaining all of the possible problems and even problems that could arise in the next 3-5 years so I could avoid them in the future. The had compact ladders to get onto roofs that were only accessible from by traveling through the house. They told me what they could legally do, but said I could test more (and they recommended it) like the ice maker/water on the refrigerator, running appliences, etc. They were efficient, thorough and timely. I would highly recommend them.
