+ -1 moreThey came by on time, and were able to fit me into their schedule by the following day. Everything was done very well. The tech who came out, Derrick was very friendly and helpful - he even answered some questions about some other computer issues I had at no extra charge.
Description of Work: FasTechs delivered and installed a new computer, and printer at my location.

+ -1 moreBRIAN WAS THE TECH THAT CAME OVER AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. HE EVEN CAME BACK A SECOND TIME WHEN I WAS A BIT UNSURE OF THINGS.
Description of Work: MY COMPUTER TOTALLY CRASHED, AND BRIAN CAME TO MY HOUSE TO TRY AND FIX IT, BUT NEEDED TO TAKE IT TO HIS OFFICE TO FIX. HE HAD TO REPAIR BAD DRIVERS AND REINSTALL BASICALLY EVERYTHING BACK TO MY COMPUTER. IT WAS DONE IN 2 DAYS. HE WAS NICE AND VERY HELPFUL TO A NON-COMPUTER PERSON!
