WE LOVE OUR SATELLITE SERVICE. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. WE WON'T GO BACK TO CABLE.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE BILLING SYSTEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS ON TIME.
