They csme for the estimate. Took measurements etc and said they would get me s quote for the work. I did not get anything so called and was told it was ready and they would send when back in office . I did not receive the estimate and did not pursue further since I did not feel it was a company I wanted to deal with

Excellent work. The floors came out better than I thought possible given the terrible condition they were in to begin with. They were prompt, courteous and did extra work without charge.

We decided not to go with this company. The salesperson was half an hour late. She took the measurements and was supposed to send me an estimate about a month ago and we have yet to receive it. What a waste of time.

David's team was excellent. They were very responsive, courteous, and provided a reasonable estimate. They were punctual and finished the job on time. They also took great care to protect the areas they were not working on and cleaned everything up afterwards. Would gladly use them again!

When I spoke with the receptionist, I told her where I was located and she hung up on me.

Excellent work and collaboration by everyone through out the process: Quoting and Planning: Annette was extremely responsive and conscientious. I appreciated the fact that she made suggestions that enhanced my original design idea, and also saved me a lot of money by pointing out I could refinish my existing floors once more without installing new ones. (Due to some water damage, did not think that was possible.) Job Completion: The same conscientiousness applied to everyone on the crew with whom I came in contact. With respect to the actual stain color, blended two existing stains together to get the warmth/color that I was seeking. The crew completed the job in the timeframe outlined, and the electrician even volunteered to fix a few things he noticed that were otherwise wrong in my apartment while he was there. The floors are beautiful and I could not be happier with the outcome. Follow-Up: Annette continues to be very responsive and conscientious with respect to a couple follow up questions and addressing one minor issue that arose after the job was completed.

The workmen arrived on time on July 3, 2015 to begin sanding my bedroom floor. They put up plastic to keep dust from entering the other part of my condo. They were friendly and very professional. When one worker stated that the base boards (shoes) would be an additional cost, he immediately phoned his manager and allowed me to speak with her. Even though it was the July 4th, on the next day, they came back and finished applying sealant to my hardwood floor and told me how to clean my floor in the future. I was complelely satisfied with his company and would gladly recommend them to others.

It went great. He came by took measurements and came back a few days later to install.
