Description of Work: Offer was for a painter for a day. When he came, I explained what I would like done & he let me know what he could do in the allotted time frame. At the end of the day he didn't have 1/3 of what he said he could do finished, so I hired him to come back the next day at the regular hourly rate for 5 hours. He still didn't complete the work in the 5 extra hours. I had had enough and told him to just work the 5 hours. When the time was up, green paint from the walls was on my wood trim in many places & when he peeled off some of the tape the paint peeled away as well. Prep is 80% of painting. I believe a professional painter should protect the rest of the home from dust and when painting a kitchen that had just been remodeled, protect the cabinets, appliances and counters. I provided plastic cloths, a roll of protective heavy paper and painters tape and had to do much of the prep work myself when I saw he wasn't doing it. I turned on the stove fan that night & had mudding compound spray out all over the food I was cooking. I had hoped the owner of the company would have called to see how the painter did and if I was happy, but she never did.

Description of Work: The guy paintiing was really nice, did a good job. They were supposed to have to painters for 4 hours. Instead I got 1 painter for 8 hours and I had to rearrange my day to make sure he could stay at my house. NO one warned me of this until I called to see where the painter was. He was late. Then the lady on the phone was kind of rude. That's when she informed me there was only going to be 1 painter and he was going to be there all day. Would have been a lot more professional had they let me know ahead of time and to also call and let me know he was going to be late but instead I had to do the leg work and in reality it should have been them.

Description of Work: I HAD DIANA COME AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON A PAINTING JOB. SHE RESPONDED TO MY CALL, AND WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. HER QUOTE WAS HIGHER THAN ANOTHER BID I GOT, BUT SHE WAS PLEASANT.

Description of Work: REMOVED WALLPER AND PRIMED THE WALLS FOR BATHROOM. PAINTED THE WALLS WITH 3 COLOR RAG FAUX FINISH.
