The woman that came out was very friendly and professional. She even came out with some color choices and some ideas to help us make decisions. We didn't end up using her because we felt that the price was out of our budget, but we had a great experience with her.

The owner, Diana, came to my house and provided great paint color choices, which I had not originally considered, to help open up the space. After narrowing down the color selections, she provided paint sample boards which helped me make my final decision. Diana diagrammed where the 4 paint colors were to be applied which the painters reviewed with me before initiating the job. The painting job was estimated to be completed in 2-3 days but with 3 painters, it only took 1 day. It was a very professional and high quality paint job. I love my new living and dining room!!

I was very pleased. Diana had great ideas for the colors and as stated above the original color chosen for the accent wall was nixed once we saw the color board. The painters showed up on time and completed the work in two days. When I got home and noticed a piece of tape showing (from old paint), they quickly removed it and repaired the wall and repainted. I asked them to put a protective coat of polyurethane on two new closet doors and they did it.

Overall it went great. The on-site walk through took place almost immediately. I mentioned I needed the work done in less than 2 weeks and she followed through. Diana suggested color choices that turned out great. The work in the media room compliments the existing furniture. I wasn't planning to do the kitchen but it was pretty stark (contractor glossy white). Diana suggested a desert tan color and couldn't be more pleased with the change in appearance. Much warmer and less like an operating room. My only complaint is the mess that was left in the guest bathroom - the painters used this as their cleanup room and left it in bad shape. Nothing was permanent but took several hours to clean up. I'm guessing if they knew I was walking around it wouldn't have happened. Other than that I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the quick response. I'll never try to paint on my own again - not worth the hassle.

The team was there as expected on Monday morning and they were done with more than 50% on day 1. They worked the next two days and finished everything as promised. They are very trusting and I had provided my keys to them and they would come in do the job and leave before 5, so that when we came back home we had it to ourselves.

Excellent company from estimate to finish. Estimate was thorough and detailed. Cost was competitive. No subs on the job. Owner is on site or readily available during job. They made sure I was happy, even when it meant they had to paint one room twice. They remembered small details that had been brought to their attention days before and did not have to be reminded to go back and correct the issue. In this case, my pet had done his business on the fresh paint on my wood porch. Before the crew left a few days later, they scraped and repainted those areas. I was impressed that I did not have to remind them to do it, and I was pleased that they did not charge me extra even though they had to do extra work. Bottom line: after they left I did not find one problem. Their work is top quality with top quality products.

Diana (the owner) has an extraordinary eye for color, suggesting combinations that we would never have considered, but were spectacular when we saw the final product. The painting was good, though there were some areas that needed to be redone. They were very responsive in returning, even almost a year after the initial job was finished.

Diana was responsive to our call, answered our questions, helped us with color selection. The schedule was pushed back because there was a delay in receiving the new vanities. They worked around this delay and finished in time for us to go on vacation. They came back later to touch up some areas that had been missed. This was a big job and we really appreciated their willingness to adjust their schedule to ours.

I very much like the way the house looks now opposed to the way it used to look. I did have a little problem with them leaving cigarette butts on the front yard but I'm happy with the paint job and they were the lowest bid I got. Diana also has a very good sense of color and design. They repainted one wall at the last minute when I decided to change the color of it and they offered to come back for free to do some touch up painting if I decided to replace my window. I would hire them again.

Diana returned my initial phone call the same day and came out a couple of days later to give me an estimate, which she emailed to me that evening. I had some further questions and she always responded promptly. The painters came and did their work, painting all the trim in a 2500 sq ft townhouse - ceiling and baseboards, doors, closets, a mantel, wainscoting. Diana followed up by phone to ask me to check carefully that the work had been done to my satisfaction. I had two minor points to correct and the painter came over the weekend and took care of them. Very good service!

Diana was very responsive and completely reliable. She was very helpful in suggesting colors and came back twice with samples to hang on the wall. Once I decided to go ahead with the project, she arranged to begin 3 days later. The project was completed in 3 days - including Saturday one week before Christmas! The job was performed very professionally and the painters even helped to take down and rehang a large wall hanging. I love the colors! She has a great eye for what looks good and coordinated with my furniture. On top of the great job, Alex (painter) is a great conversationalist! I would rehire her in a second!

Diana and Tony are wonderful people. Diana spent an hour with me, walking through my home suggesting new ideas and colors. They performed their work with creativity and care. I highly recommend them.

I found them on Angie's List and contacted Diane, who came over right away to look a the scope of the project and give us an estimate. When the estimate arrived, promptly the next day, I was impressed to see the entire project broken down and itemized by room, something not included in the other quotes I received. The rates were extremely competitive and once we gave the go ahead, Diane came over to help me pick out colors and then delivered poster boards painted with my selected colors so that we could tape them on the walls and "live" with them a few days to make sure we liked them. The painting project itself was 8 days, the painters were great and either Tony or Diane were on site each day. There was a mix up with me mistakenly directing the the wrong color for one of the bedrooms (dark blue instead of light pink) and they repainted the whole thing again for me at no extra charge. Hurrah! Great company. They were terrific; highly recommend!

Tony and Diana are a husband and wife team who own this company. Diana does the design work. She will help you pick out your colors. She came over for an estimate within two days of my calling her. She was extremely helpful in choosing a color to minimize some ugly old roof flashing. These guys did a pretty thorough job. They properly scraped all pealing old paint. Their coverage with the new paint was top notch. They wound up coming in lower than their estimate. I had a few issues I wanted tended to and Tony made sure they were all addressed. If you want to work with good, quality human beings who care about the work they do and aren't out to rob you, call these guys today!!! I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

I called them to quote on exterior painting as well as interior. On the interior a very substandard job had been done installing new drywall. Joints were messy, tape coming off in some spots, lots of patching and sanding required. These guys didn't stop trying to get a smooth surface until they thought it was just right. In the end it looks fabulous. Diana helped choose a color for the room which we just love. Tony warned me before applying stain to pine door that it may look blotchy. In the end he was right, it didn't look good and he offered to paint it at no additional charge. They were able to move quickly and even schedule around my floor guy. It was a pleasure to have Tony in my home.

We had a big drywall job and we called Creative Walls and Spaces based on a recommendation of a friend. Theirs was not the lowest price that we received, but it was close and with the strong recommendation we decided to use them. We are so glad that we did. They did a fabulous job. The workmanship was very professional. They were very conscientious about keeping the drywall dust from seeping into the rest of the house. Diana helped us pick new colors and we are very happy with the results. We will use them again and we hope that all of the rest of the contractors listed with Angie s List are as wonderful.

Diana returned our call and came out promptly to look at our home. She looked at all of our furniture and accessories and helped to determine what colors would work best for us. We loved the colors. The pricing was reasonable and we asked her to proceed with color boards for us. She worked up boards with different faux techniques for 3 of our rooms and solid color boards for 4 more rooms. We were very excited and decided to proceed with everything that she recommended. Tony and the crew were terrific. They showed up on time and their work was meticulous. Every room in our home is beautiful. We will recommend them to our family and friends and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Diana helped us pick colors for our basement that turned out very well. We had read that she had a knack with color and she certainly did. The overall job did not go well. It would have gone better if Diana had supervised the work. We had continual problems. The crew stated that they weren't supposed to paint two doors in a room even though they painted another door and the trim in the same room. They also tried to paint one side of my fireplace green and the other brown, even though it was on the same wall! At one point, the crew announced that they were done and left. There was still blue tape on a light fixture and light switch plates were not replaced, a patch of the stairs was missed. We asked Diana to come back out. She very graciously did and had the crew return. They came back, but there is still a baseboard that was not painted in my son's room and they daubed ceiling paint onto a wall and didn't fix it. We're not going to call her to come back to fix them.

They did the work while I was out of town. There was however, great confusion over fixing wall cracks. Diana denied ever having said they'd do it (which was odd since I was asked about colored paint) but Tony agreed to make good. Also, they had to come back to clean up errant splashes and smudges of paint as well smooth out ceiling areas which looked rough. Most unfortunate was the fact that a few months later the ceilings have begun to peel. Diana tells me I probably have a greater problem and they were willing to come and look at it. I told her I was uncomfortable paying again for work again and the communication ended there. I did get the make and color of the ceiling paint (they didn't leave any extra) so I could scrape, prime, paint ceiling areas. I am disappointed and wonder if the priming was properly done and why since peeling was at issue they didn't prime all of it instead just in spots. I don't have excess moisture and my roof is fine.

Every appointment and every work day they were late. Paint was sloppy. I was made to feel bad for expressing my concerns. They told me it was a 1 1/2 to 2 day job. The were there for a total of 4 days, but some of the days were only from 10:30 am - 4 pm, with hour long lunches.

When the painting dates were set, everything went smoothly. Everyone turned up at the appointed times and everything went as planned, including the total time taken and the costs. I really appreciated Diane's patience while I recruited folks to comment on what colors to go with. I certainly plan to use her company for further interior painting in the near future.

This was my 2nd time to use Creative Walls and Spaces. Last year, they did our entire first floor. One of the best parts of working with them is the help that the owner, Diana, provides in helping to pick out colors. She has a terrific eye for color selection. Her husband Tony, manages the painting crew and they are on time, courteous, and do a great job. The job was done quickly (three days) and I was encouraged to call, if I found any problems with the painting and they'd come back and take care of it. A great company to work with and I'll definitely use them again.

Diana came out the same week that I called, not only did she measure and estimate the job, but she listened to what I was trying to accomplish and provided great suggestions and guidance using color variations to enhance the overall effect. Her estimate was very competitive, and we decided to proceed. On the scheduled day the following week, her team of men arrived 5 minutes EARLY!!, went over the project with me to ensure they understood everything to be done, and then proceeded to complete the entire job in 2 days. Their work was great. Everything looks perfect. They were prompt, clean, professional and considerate of my home. Other than the great new colors in these rooms, I couldn't even tell that they were there.

Diana and her staff are very professional and very easy to work with. Diana's recommendations for colors were perfect. The project went very smoothly and she responded to some additional requests quickly and fairly. Her husband's ability to patch a drywall ceiling (patching required due to a water leak) was nothing short of extraordinary. I had put off fixing it myself partly because I knew that particular area of the ceiling was going to be difficult to fix (due to support issues). He found a way to do it, and it looks great. We are very happy with the results of the work and would use Creative Walls and Spaces again without hesitation.

The first thing that pleased me was that my initial phone call was returned within one day. Since this was the first time the house was being so extensively repainted since we purchased it thirteen years ago, I wanted to make changes but needed guidance. Diana has a gift for working with colors and suggested ways that we could use color to enhance our home. For example, in both our family room and front foyer, we used three shades of one color on different walls to provide more interest than we would have had if we had painted all walls the same. She brought poster board and painted in the suggested colors that we could tape to the walls to get an idea of what the finished look would be. These were invaluable. The crew was terrific (a pleasure to have in my home). They showed up when promised and worked hard all day carefully cleaning up each time they left. They were able to exactly match the paint in the dining room and bathrooms for touch up work, which was very impressive.
