Kirby and his assistant, Phil, came by within 24 hours of calling to give an estimate. Both of them were very polite and helpful with information about going from steam heat to forced air. Kirby explained to me the differences of 80% and 90% heat which others did not. I was also told how furnances are simular and more so the name is what increases the price. Kirby also informed me on how the warranties and performances are the same for all furnaces. We planed to start the work a week later but do to the radiators being in the way for new drywall, Kirby and Phil came by to cut out and remove the radiators 3 days eairler than planed. We did not have times set for them to start or leave, but they arrived everyday around 10 a.m. They were determined to finish within 4 days so on two of the days, Kirby stated late (day 3 till 7:30 p.m. and the other till 6:30 p.m.). Their price was about 60% less than other companies and 2 other quotes that I recieved from other licensed HVAC's
