I am an owner operator with several years of transportation and logistics experience, both as a broker and a driver. I never carry garbage or unclean products, and my 2017 Ford Transit T-250 Cargo Van is cleaned before and after every load to ensure nothing is cross contaminated, punctured, or otherwise altered by another customer's cargo. I am fully authorized as a for-hire motor carrier with interstate authority through the FMCSA/ILDOT (MC# 1513532 & DOT# 4016113) with up to $10,000 in cargo insurance, can offer hourly check-calls, MacroPoint tracking, free straps & blankets, and have extremely durable locks on all cargo doors for maximum security. **PLEASE NOTE: Prince Freight is not liable for any damages other than damage that occurs inside of the vehicle while en-route to delivery location.**

"I’ve used Smith General Contracting twice. Both times were for shingles blown off my roof because of high winds. First time, everything went well. It was raining and needed a responsive service and they showed up within an hour. Fixed it but the cost I thought was extreme for replacing 3 shingles. Second time was this past week where 3 shingles again were ripped off. Wasn’t happy to use them again but no one else even called me back. So they are responsive! But they decided to replace several more, including the area they already worked on earlier in the year. They tell me I need a new roof and I should put in an insurance claim. They again charge me a massive amount of money for 2 hours of work. The son calls Gary after I complain who starts saying his employees make $35/hr, material cost, and taxes. Well added it up and added an extra hour of service time because they had to run and get a packet of shingles. Took them another 30 minutes, but I add an hour. What he charged me was $200 more than the numbers he threw at me during our conversation. Ridiculous. He says you around on Saturday? I say yes. Says I’ll be out at 8:30 AM sharp. We’ll walk the roof, take pictures, and get an estimate for an insurance claim. He ghosted us. No call, didn’t even show up. Steer clear of this company unless you want to overpay and be treated poorly."

They drove my car instead of towing it because I had an extra 1,400 miles added. They were 36 hours late, and only one showed up to unload the truck instead of two, so I had to help him, so why am I paying you? Looking at their gas receipts on a map, they went way out of the way, my assumption is to go to casinos. They wouldn't answer their phone, after I left several phone messages, even when I used different phone numbers to call them."

Generally, we will discuss payment. It largely depends on the scope of the project. You and I will sit down and discuss completion goals, and if a large project, payment may be required in measurable and pre approved stages.
