HE RETURNED AND REMOVED ALL THE CAULK, AND USED ONE THAT BLENDED PERFECTLY. I WAS SATISFIED THAT HE STOOD BEHIND HIS WORK AND MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

 + -1 moreSHOWED UP, DID THE JOB, LEFT. NO HASSLES. LEFT A CLEAN WORK AREA EVERY DAY. NOT THE CHEAPEST GUY IN TOWN BUT KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. THEY DID THE BULK OF THE WORK IN 2 DAYS BUT DIDN'T RETURN FOR ABOUT 8 WEEKS TO FINISH, SINCE I DID NOT GIVE A DOWN PAYMENT AND THERE WAS NO UNSIGHTLY AREAS LEFT IT REALLY DIDN'T MATTER WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED. I HAVE USED LALLY MASONRY IN THE PAST FOR A NEW FRONT PORCH AND THAT WAS DONE IN RECORD TIME (BEAUTIFUL JOB).

ALL I CAN SAY IS I'M A SALES PERSON AND I SELL A LOT OF $$$$ AND I CAN BE TOUGH ON CONTRACTORS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN ON THE SHORT END OF PRICE AND QUALITY AND THEREFORE I ASK FOR EXPLANATIONS OF WHAT'S INCLUDED AND WHAT ISN'T, NOT EVERYONE IS LIKE ME, BUT I'VE LEARNED TO SPEND WHAT YOU NEED TO GET A SATISFACTORY RESULT. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED IN MY HIGHER PRICE FOR THE QUALITY AND ON TIME SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED. I INTEND TO USE HIM AGAIN.
Description of Work: REPAIRED AND REPLACED CRACKED BRICKS IN CHIMNEY, GROUND OUT OLD MORTAR, AND TUCKPOINTED THE ENTIRE CHIMNEY. MATCHED UP BRICKS IN COLOR AND COLOR OF MORTAR. (YES CHIMNEY BRICKS AND MORTAR COME IN DIFFERENT COLORS AND WHERE YOUR HOUSE APPEARANCE IS IMPORTANT MATCHING COLOR AND BRICK TYPE IS A VISUAL FACTOR, HE MATCHED THEM GREAT). HE ALSO BRICKED IN A SPACE IN THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE WHERE AN OLD AIR CONDITIONER ONCE OCCUPIED, AGAIN GREAT JOB AND MATCH. HE ONLY DOES WORK THE TRIED AND TRUE METHOD, NO SHORTCUTS NO SKIMPING, HE MADE ME FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THE REPAIR WOULD BE DONE TO HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. HE DELIVERED 100%, I RECOMMEND HIM.
