I needed a total kitchen remodel and that’s EXACTLY what I received. Holy transformation Batman! Complete perfection. My input was welcomed, not waved off. HUGE deal to me. Throughout project I was so comfortable and absolutely knew that I had made the right choice with McNulty. Professional yet friendly. Definite masters at their craft. There were moments when I literally felt my brain come to a halt with a decision that I needed to make.😶 That’s when Tom McNulty would remind me that I just need to make it mine. What would I like. It’s my kitchen. Enjoy the process. 👍🏼 So, I took a deep breath and stood tall, looked him straight in the eyes and asked him what his wife would do in her kitchen. 😁🤣 Best company ever. WILL BE RECOMMENDING THEM FOREVER!!

Excellent. The work was done promptly as scheduled and exceeded my expectations. In a couple cases suggestions we’re made that I had not thought of and they were excellent ideas. I could not be more pleased.

Great. The work was well designed to utilize the space efficiently and attractively. Little details were added such as under cabinet lighting and electricity in closet for water cooler that enhanced the utilization and presentation of the kitchen. I was extremely pleased with the final results.

In remodeling jobs there are always the unexpected items which have to be overcome. McNulty Construction not only performs superior quality workmanship on everything they do but also adds the creativity rare in the industry and essential to rectifying problems as they arise. Well, my husband and I thought buying a new construction property would be better than buying someone else’s home. This was to be our retirement home. Let’s get down to the real deal! Once we moved in we found several trouble spots. Tom Mcnulty gave all the owners 1 year to get all the problems that he would address to him and he would take care of them. These problems consisted on cracks around doorways, loose squeaking boards in floor, cracked wood on stairs, and screen windows that did not fit the windows properly. He did a few of the corrections and then ghosted us. My screens were not addressed, my floors squeak even more than ever. Instead of him have the boards screwed down securely, his people nailed them. I must say just from looking you could not tell in certain areas. He must have used low end workers that just throw things together and not taken the time out to think of this as someone’s home. I do not recommend this company. I see he got some great reviews. Don’t ask me or my neighbors to give a review because they would not be flattering. Mcnulty seems like a nice guy but he is not a man of his word, in my opinion. I am very disappointed in him. This is my 3rd year and it’s just me and my husband living in the home and seeing more and more work and money that we have to payout to have floors screwed down, cracked stairs replaced, and screens replaced to keep bugs out.

The work was rushed...my husband ask him to redo a few things and he stated that it would be a lot of work to redo. The floor tile he put down in our bathroom was uneven was not smooth at all and also the porcelain wall tile he put in our tub/shower area is uneven..some of the tiles are pushed in and some are sticking out...very noticeable and he told us it would be a lot of work to redo the tile. When they painted you can see spots they missed and he left small droppings of paint on our new sink and tub. Also didn’t make sure the paint that separated the ceiling and wall look nice some of the gray paint put on the wall also went on my white ceiling and he didn’t bother to make it right. The job was rushed and sloppy. And after a day we notice leaking under the sink he put in which caused damage to our brand new vanity cabinet and he didn’t offer to replace it or any type of money back. He was rushing off to do more jobs instead of focusing on the job he had been hired for. He said he would come back but we still haven’t heard from him and it’s going on 3 weeks. If he would have did everything that he said he was going to do correctly the price wouldn’t been bad but b/c the outcome of the bathroom was so poorly we shouldn’t had to pay the full price.

McNulty Co. did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. Professional, punctual, and the end product was exactly what we wanted. Easy to work with and very friendly.

It went very good. They were always on time and finished earlier than expected. They cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't even tell they had been here. It was a very good experience.

Great! He was early every day, and did a great job. I'm really happy with it.

It went very well. He brought it up from the 1970's to present day. Did remarkable work on the kitchen. Had custom cabinetry done in the kitchen and bathrooms. Granite countertops in all three bathrooms. New doors. Totally redone. Built a solid bookcase in the den along the fireplace, looks fantastic.

He did a beautiful job! He worked until it was finished and did everything just right. We are very pleased. They were very professional, reasonable, and worked well with the insurance company to make sure everything was approved. He was extremely flexible to make sure everything was covered and even met with the insurance adjuster. He went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket.
