+ -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS THAT TOM LEVIS TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS THE WAY EVERYONE WANTS TO BE TREATED, FAIRLY, FRIENDLY, AND COURTEOUSLY. WE WERE ABLE TO CALL TOM OFTEN AND WERE ALWAYS RECEIVED PROPERLY AND POLITELY. WE WERE GIVEN EXPLANATIONS WITH REASONS WHY AT EVERY STEP OF THE PROJECT. ALL CONTRACTORS SHOULD BE LIKE THIS.
Description of Work: REPLACEMENT OF OLD, WORN, AND CRACKED ASPHALT DRIVEWAY WITH CONCRETE. TOM, THE OWNER, GAVE AN ESTIMATE, LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED, AND THEN EXPLAINED WHAT COULD AND COULD NOT BE DONE AND WHY. DURING THE ENTIRE JOB WE WERE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EASILY WITH TOM AND WERE ALWAYS TREATED IN A FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS MANNER. HE AND HIS WORKERS EXPLAINED ANYTHING WE WANTED TO KNOW. TOM IS SO FUSSY ABOUT HIS WORK THAT HE HAD TO REMOVE THE FORMS HIMSELF TO MAKE SURE IT WAS DONE TO HIS SATISFACTION. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR BEAUTIFUL WELL MADE DRIVEWAY.
