Description of Work: Mick, the owner, checked 5 of our condo furnaces and also our hot water heater. He was prompt, professional and reasonably priced, especially for a Saturday call. There were other charges to some residents on their individual furnaces, but everyone thought the prices were fair.

 + -1 moreThe tec was on time, corrected my no heat problem and explained what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future.
Description of Work: I called for no heat. When i called the Lady in the office said someone would be out within the hour. 45 minutes later the service man arrived to fix the problem. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.
