+ -1 moreI purchased a deal through another website for a furnace tune-up and air duct cleaning. On the first day I scheduled the service (~Nov 21), Target Zero called to inform me they were running late, and later called to cancel due to traffic and it being too late in the evening to start the job. They stated they would call to reschedule the next day. After not hearing from them over the next two days, I called back to reschedule and was told the next available appointment was about a month out (Dec 18). On Dec 18 Target Zero failed to call or show up. I've called every day since then and left multiple messages but have not received a single call back. Now the provided phone number goes straight to voice mail and claims they are experiencing high call volume.
Description of Work: Provider cancelled service day of; failed to call to reschedule as promised; failed to call or show up on rescheduled date after I re-contacted them; failed to return multiple phone calls (business line goes straight to voice mail claiming high call volume for past week)
