Description of Work: I hired Mirek to replace tile in foyer with attached closet and bathroom. He laid down the tile diagonally as requested and he did an outstanding job. He threw in extras for free such as constructing the baseboard in the bathroom of tile instead of replacing with wood.

Description of Work: For our first appointment for an estimate, Mirek asked me to text him with my name, address, and the appointment day and time, which I did. When I called before our appointment to see if we could reschedule, he said it was a good thing I called, because he had not read my text and was not aware of our appointment day and time. For our rescheduled day and time, he called at 3:23p.m. for our 3:00p.m. appointment, and left me a message saying that he was still in Chicago ( I live in a Chicago suburb), and was on his way. I then decided to get estimates from other vendors who do what they say to me they are going to do, and if they cannot, let me know before our scheduled appointment.

He installed over 2000 sq. feet of oak flooring and did all my ceramic in three bathrooms. 4 years later I called him back to ceramic a new basement bathroom and some stairs. 1 year later he helped convert my basement into a Mancave that's the envy of all my friends. I shopped around the first time but ever since he's been my guy. His prices are the best and the quality of work unbelievable. You won't go wrong!
Description of Work: Mired installed new ceramic tile in my basement. I was converting it into a man cave and he convinced me ceramic that looked like wood flooring would be more durable and better survive a potential flood. He was right the compliments keep coming in. I've used him on three previous occasions and have never had a complaint. You won't be sorry you used him.

+ 1 moreThey get there on time, and they are very polite, very clean, he was constantly cleaning up. When he did the living room he put in some baseboard that was different than the rest of the house, so we had him redo the entire baseboard all throughout the house and it looks very nice.
Description of Work: They did our fireplace, foyer and basement with tile. They also installed our vanities, sinks and fixtures in the bathrooms. They did tile on the walls and floors in the bathrooms. We also had them sand and refinish the hardwood floors upstairs and install the hardwood floors in the living room.
