 + -1 moreHave used Medallion in the past and this experience was equally on par. Professional service. Floors look great. They were accommodating to our schedule which changed a number of times due to other subcontractors doing work on the home.

 + -1 moreMEDALLION DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE SOMETIMES A LITTLE SLOW IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS. JOB WAS DONE WELL AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. FRIENDS AND FAMILY HAVE ALSO USED THEM TO REFINISH FLOORS AND HAVE BEEN EQUALLY SATISFIED.
Description of Work: SANDING, BUFFING AND VARNISHING OF LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, 15 STAIRS, HALLWAY AND TWO BEDROOMS WITH LARGE WALK-IN CLOSETS. REPLACE ONE DAMAGED STAIR TREAD AND NUMEROUS DAMAGED FLOORBOARDS. PROVIDED & INSTALLED NEW OAK BANISTER POST, ROSETTE AND 7 WHITE SPINDLES AND OAK HANDRAIL. PROVIDED & INSTALLED OAK ROOM THRESHOLDS IN FIVE ROOMS AND OAK TRIM AROUND FIREPLACE. INSTALL 2 DOORS (DOORS PROVIDED BY ME).
