+ -1 more.We have had this company here for our pool heater about 5 times. It has failed to work for various reasons, 2 times mice got in it, one time a valve needed to be replaced and another time a switch needed to be replaced. The service was very good although a little price at times.. The serviceman Larry has always come on time and been knowlegeable and respectful.
Description of Work: pool heater wouldn't light. It had just overheated.

+ -1 moreThree years ago this provider did adequate service fixing a pool heater. This year we had to replace our heater and we called Little Johns again. That was about 4 weeks ago, and we're still waiting to hear if he's ever going to return our call. I don't know what the problem is but our pool store ("TGE"), told us the same story, and they are no longer referring people to him. eed
Description of Work: NOTHING !!! He never returned my calls, there was no date, no cost, how do you expect that to be answered? Please notify me. your form doesn't allow for situations to be completed in the usual and customary manner.
