Description of Work: I didn't find Kats & Sons, Inc. to be customer friendly. I called to get an estimate and the receptionist was condescending. I was transferred to a representative who asked what size work needed to be done, which I didn't know. I explained I was at work and had found their information on Angie's List and wanted to know if someone could come out to give me an estimate. I told him the work I needed done was not a large job and he pretty much told me their jobs start at $2,000. Needless to say I did not appreciate the tone or the customer service I received. I would recommend this company at least offer to come out to give an estimate before giving a quote on something not seen. They should also note that estimates are made sight unseen.
