Description of Work: During my Kitchen remodel Dean's Flooring installed oak flooring in my foyer, kitchen and dining room. They were very professional and courteous. Dean mixed a custom stain to match previously replaced six panel doors on a lower level and it looks great. I have a dog so he added an additional seal coat to the floor for protection from scratching. He tried to use a more durable sealer with last coat and unfortunately when it dried it did not cure correctly. I called Dean in the morning, he came over and looked it over and had his crew out in the afternoon to sand and reseal everything because he knew my dining room furniture was being delivered the next day. They really came through and provided top quality service. I highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreFor a homeowner refinishing our wooden floors was a big deal. Not only did it involve relocating all our belonging into a portable storage unit in the driveway, it also involved the selection of someone to do the refinishing work – and did I luck-out with Dean's Floor Service. We interviewed several contractors but Dean Kulper's professionalism shown through when he came to take the measurements and offer an estimate. We asked for references which he promptly supplied. When he left my wife and I looked at each other and said “this is the guy we want.” Refinishing started promptly at the agreed upon time. Joe (who works for Dean) was wonderful in his detailed explanation of what he was going to do – and his execution was excellent. All of the guys – Dean, Joe, and Troy – were polite, courteous and respectful – and the floors are beautiful – absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Dean's Floor Service.
Description of Work: Sanded; filled crack and holes; stained and placed two protective coats on our living room, dining room, hallway and two bedrooms wooden floors.
