+ -1 moreit went terrieble. the owner is a liar, what he said he was going to put in he didnt, his install staff was a joke. i didnt get what i was promised, i got a different model tv, speakers and reveciver. they wanted me to add a surge protector that cost $50.00 and charge me $200.00 for it. i fired them and found a different company
Description of Work: company was supose to install my 65" plasma with stereo speakers and other equipment

+ -1 moreTERRIBLE. I VISITED THE STORE AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK WITH THE PERSON WHO WAS TO PROVIDE THE ESTIMATE (WHICH WAS GOING TO COST $69, BY THE WAY). WHEN I HAD TO RESCHEDULE, I SPOKE AGAIN TO THAT PERSON. HE AGREED TO RESCHEDULE, BUT DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND NEVER CALLED. I CALLED THE STORE AFTER WAITING AN HOUR TO ADVISE THEM THAT I COULD NO LONGER WAIT FOR HIS ARRIVAL. NO ONE, TO MY KNOWLEDGE, EVER CAME TO MY HOME (NO NOTE) AND I'VE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALL OR SUBSEQUENT CONTACT. HE ALSO SAID THAT HE AND HIS TEAM WERE CERTIFIED BY CEDIA (CONSUMER ELECTRONICS ASSOCIATION), BUT THE CEDIA WEBSITE HAS NO INFORMATION ON THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: REQUESTED ESTIMATE (WHICH WAS TO COST $69) FOR AN AUDIO/VIDEO DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM (IN-WALL WIRING, SPEAKERS, ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, ETC.).
