Sliding Door Repair Service

Came in and adjusted the door.

Perfect, door works great now.

I did not have any work done.

We called and he set up an appointment. At 20 minutes past the appointment time we contacted him. He said he had family loss and was at a funeral and forgot to let us know. Understandable, but he said he would call us the next day. He didn't. We texted him to see if he could come two days later and hasn't responded 24 hours after that.

Excellent work by Alex. He demonstrated confidence and expertise. The work was done on time and the amount charged was agreed upon ahead of the visit, based on how much work needed to be done.

Alex was great! Kicking myself for not calling him much sooner. He was prompt, polite, spoke english, explained everything, and now my door opens like butter! He replaced my rollers, adjusted handle, and was very competent at his craft. A+++++.

Due to the rain, we had to reschedule our first appointment but Alex called to inform me and scheduled a new time right away. He called to let me know he was on the way and arrived promptly. Very nice, friendly guy who really was a pleasure to have work for us. Getting the new door installed didn't take 1/2 an hour but then he stayed to make sure it was sliding well and shutting correctly. I should also mention this was a Saturday appointment, late afternoon, but he didn't rush at all. He even asked if there was anything more he could do to make sure we were satisfied. Granted, it was a small job but he handled it quite professionally and answered all of our questions about what he was doing and why (to get the door installed that was a bit tricky). We also did not know what this type of service would cost and were very pleased with his reasonable charge. I wish I had more jobs I could toss his way. I would definitely use his service again!

Alex did an amazing job fixing my patio door.

I have been having issues with my sliding doors for a while now. However, after this past winter my sliding doors in my backyard had basically stopped working. I called Alex after hearing about his excellent work ethic and timeliness. Alex was more than willing to work with me and accommodate me in every way possible. He was very polite, and not only was able to help fix my door but also explained to me everything that was wrong. This was very pleasant to see that he cared that I understood what he was doing and why. He explained to me how to properly maintain my fixed sliding door and things that I should and should not do. Sliding door repair services came out to look at my 20 year old sliding patio door. Ive called many companies but all of them tried to convince me to just replace the door. Replacing the door would have been very expensive. I use my sliding door all year round. Alex and his employee were clean, very polite and respectful and i felt like i was dealing with someone honest! It took approximately 2hrs to repair the door and when it was done, it slid like new! Very happy with the work and service.
