They fixed my sliding door and it works really well now.

He called prior to arrival and when he showed up, he introduced himself and his assistant. I showed them the door and told them the problem; he know exactly what was wrong and fixed it. He also gave me some tips to keep it working right.

Great work - they fix windows too.

Alex was extremely flexible, clean and genuine especially when he provided advice on whether I really needed to replace my sliding door track. He did a great job and we are very happy with the result especially since we were never able to open our door easily and now I can literally use one finger to move my door. My doors, like everything else in my building, are old and metal. I have been here 7 years unable to really open my patio door. I was terrified I would have to spend thousands to replace the entire door and windows but now the door works great and the repair saved me a lot of money.

On time. Great communication. Just bought a condo with two large sliding glass doors. They gave them both a thorough inspection and made sure everything was working as it should. It gave us great peace of mind. We will use them again.

Alexander was extremely courteous and prompt. He went out of his way to make the project as smooth as possible. Our dog had jump through and bent the frame on our sliding screen door beyond repair. Alexander and his associate took a lot of time to provide a replacement and took the time to adjust it and make sure it works properly.

They were very polite and knowledgeable. Door works better than new.

They really did a great job on my door. They new exactly what to do and it wasn't an easy fix. They were worth every penny! I highly recommend these guys.

I highly recommend! My sliding doors are 60 years old and on a sun room where the foundation has settled and I had been unable to move them. Alex was able to replace the rollers on the worst two and adjusted the other four. Working like a dream now ;-) The only reason I gave value a 4 star rating was the expense, however to me it was totally worth it! Thanks Alex.

Alex drove 60 miles to get to Tinley Park. Did a great job and fully explained what he was doing. Was also helpful when I had to ask him some questions the next day after the install.
