This Vendor contacted me within minutes of my request from Home Advisor. The person that called not only explained their various services along with standard prices , she arranged for one of her Service Teams to make the repairs on the same day. The Team was very Ptofessional and knew their job, they completed the repair within an hour and were on their way.

I feel so much better have this new solar screen they installed! The charge was minimal and worth every penny!

Closed stuck windows. Now OK as long as these windows are not opened. Offered service to replace hardware on window for $150 per window. Decided not to do anything.

The technician who came to our house was super friendly, hard-working, and an expert in solving our problem for a very low cost. I would give them 10 stars!!!

I loved how clear and organized the initial call went. They explained what might be wrong, the prices for the various levels of service, and quickly made an appointment. The work was done exactly as they said and for the price they quoted.

Set up appointment very quickly and explained pricing before they came out to the house. They not only fixed the sliding door but also fixed a screen and window handle and asked if I had any other window / door problems . Wow what service ! I would definitely recommend this company . Very polite and prompt too.

Actually, "hired" is the wrong word. They came for the free evaluation of the situation and found that the remaining problem had to do with heat expansion from the weather outside. Rather than lead me down the garden path and charge me something, they explained the problem clearly and effectively.

They did a great job fixing a problem that I had accepted for YEARS. I wish I found them sooner.

I certainly appreciated they were within the time frame we talked about. Actually more towards the early side. They were very professional.

11/04/18 I am changing this review. One of the things they did was cut off the bottom of the sliding door so it would slide easier. The work was done in August. I didn't notice until fall / winter, there was no weather striping and the wind was blowing in, actually snow was blowing in. I had to have a new sliding door installed which I did 2/22/18. I never did hear back from them about the balances for the double-hung windows. Very prompt service. I contacted them Tuesday, August 22, 2017, the sliding door was repaired the following Monday. Alex explained the repair (it needed a new track) and why it was needed. The double hung window needs new balances, Alex is checking into the part. I was very happy with their work and will recommend them to anyone who needs a sliding door repaired. I had contacted 3 other companies. One said it couldn't be fixed, buy a new door; one didn't respond; and one was to busy to handle the repair now. I am thankful Sliding Door Repair Service was able to help me. They did such an excellent job!
