Servdry, Inc. Water Damage and Carpet Cleaning

Robert was excellent. Came out the same day to assess the situation and provide a quote. He came out the next day and started cleaning/tearing the drywall and putting enzymes so mold wouldn’t grow. He was done in 4 days and 2 of the days was for the fans to dry out the area. I would highly recommend ServDry for all your water damage needs.

Love the prompt response and availability. I was able to text Rob and he had someone come out the next day. Tim did the cleaning and he was very nice and professional.

Servdry did a fabulous job. They were able to get out stains that were years old. They were polite, punctual, and hard-working.

Fabulous! He was 15 minutes early and gone in 3 hours. He cleaned 3 bdrms, lr, Dr, stairs, hallway.

Great. Prompt courteous, clean ,responsive. Showed up on time. Answered phone and did what they said they would do. Ask for Josh-- great guy -- every company should have lots of Josh type guys.

Servedry was the only company that returned my call for a Friday night flooded basement. Rob called and then came by withing 45 minutes. They pulled back the carpet, removed all the water and then set up several drying fans and a dehumidifier. The next day, they came by the check up on the carpet. After making sure the carpet was dry, they picked up the equipment and then cleaned all the carpet in the basement and on the stairs. Before they arrived, we had picked up a carpet cleaner and a fan that we had rented. They came by, picked up that equipment and returned it to Home Depot for us. The price was higher than I expected but so was the customer service and quality of work.

Servdry did a great job on our couches. I've been using these guys for years and will continue to do so. They were able to come out within a few days of my initial call an d when they arrived they were polite and courteous. They worked efficiently only having to be here a couple hours and the couches were very clean. Even a few marker spots from my kids (red marker on a creme colored couch, yikes) I thought wouldn't come out they were able to have removed. Great job Servdry.

These guys were excellent to work with. We had a newborn in the house, so it was critical that we take care of a flooded basement right away to reduce any chance of mold impacting the air quality of our fragile baby. Jeff was professional and prompt, he prioritized taking care of us after a heavy storm (they had many jobs to coordinate). They did a great job and were done within a couple days. I was most impressed with the follow up after the work had been completed. Jeff called me a week or so after the job was done to ask how satisfied we were with their techs and the quality of the work. There actually was a small issue that I had not thought to call about - the carpet was browning in some areas. Jeff sent out their technicians who did further cleaning of the carpet and it now looks like new again. He sent out the techs at no charge to take care of it, which was much appreciated! Would recommend this company, hopefully we don't have to deal with a flooded basement again, but if we do, i will have ServDry on speed dial.
