It took them much longer to complete the project than what they gave us as an estimate. They did a good enough job with the electrical and flooring. Albeit, they did cut corners in some of their work. The cabinets were not as good quality as we had hoped, so it was disappointing. Moreover, there were scratches in the cabinet (it was claimed that it happened during shipping) and some cabinet hinges were loose. Garbage disposal fell off after a week of usage, and the sink was leaking some water - it was not installed properly. Although, they did fix this issue promptly. However, we had to repeatedly call them to come and fix the other issues (loose hinges, cabinet scratches etc). After threatening to call the BBB, and leaving several voice mails, they finally stopped by and fixed the issues . It took them over a month for them to come and do it. We are on the fence about using them again for any other remodeling or home improvement jobs in the house.

THE COMPANY DID NOT RETURN MY FIRST CALL. I CALLED AGAIN AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (MR. SASSO) CAME TO THE HOUSE, EVEN THOUGH HE WOUND UP RESCHEDULING TWICE. HE SPENT OVER AN HOUR LOOKING AT THE PROJECT AND TOOK OUR FULL ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS (16 PAGES) WITH HIM, ASSURING ME THAT HE COULD EASILY DO A PROJECT OF THIS SCALE. HE ASKED FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO GIVE A BID. I CALLED SEVERAL MORE TIMES ASKING FOR THE BID. HE STILL ASSURED ME HE COULD DO THE PROJECT, BUT WANTED MORE COPIES OF THE PRINTS FOR HIS SUB CONTRACTORS. BY-THE-WAY, NO OTHER GENERAL CONTRACTOR ASKED FOR MORE PRINTS IN PREPARING THEIR BIDS. HE PROMISED TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER MEETING TO COME WITH HIS SUBS TO LOOK AT THE PROJECT AND I AGREED TO GIVE MORE COPIES OF THE PRINTS WHEN HE CAME BACK. HE NEVER CALLED BACK, NOR DID HE SEND ANY BID. ALTHOUGH HE WAS VERY PLEASANT DURING OUR MEETING, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE LACK OF RESPONSE. IF HE COULDN'T HANDLE THE PROJECT, HE SHOULD JUST HAVE SAID SO IN THE FIRST PLAC

DEALT DIRECTLY WITH OWNER. THEY WERE TIMELY, CLEANED UP DAILY, GREAT COMMUNICATION MADE PROJECT LESS STRESSFUL, AND IT LOOKS GREAT TOO.
