 + 0 moreWe got initial round numbers and an estimator was supposed to come out and give us final numbers. That never happened. I made 2 or 3 calls and said that we were ready to do it. It seemed like the second employee that was supposed to follow up couldn't get it together. They were good to start with but the follow up was not good to consummate the deal. Initially it was great and then nothing. They had every chance and they didn't take it so I wouldn't connect them again.
Description of Work: We got an estimate for gutters, downpouts and windows.
