+ -1 moreRick is thorough and honest. We've been using him for a/c and heating work on our home for many years. He doesn't try to sell us on new products but makes sure that our existing HVAC system is working to it's full capacity.

+ 0 moreWE FIRST MET RICK ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO, SOON AFTER WE MOVED INTO OUR HOUSE AND NEEDED OUR FURNACE REPAIRED. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY RICK, BECAUSE HE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND HONEST. HE SAID ONE OF OUR PARTS WAS COVERED BY WARRANTY AND GOT THE PART REPLACED AT NO COST TO US. WE TRUSTED HIM SO MUCH THAT WE KEPT HIS BUSINESS CARD. IN THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS WE HAD TO CALL HIM 3 TIMES: FOR OUR FURNACE, AIR CONDITIONER, AND THEN OUR WATER HEATER. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK RICK DID. WE HAD A SENSE THAT HE WAS LOOKING OUT FOR US AND NEVER OVERCHARGED US. WE SOMETIMES HAD TO MAKE SURE THAT HE WAS NOT UNDERCHARGING US--BELIEVE IT OR NOT!!! WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RICK: HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING; IS HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY.
Description of Work: REPAIRED FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONER. CHECKED AND CLEANED WATER HEATER.
