Radek and Radek did an excellent job. We had a leak from the bathrooms on our second floor and they were able to correct the leaks. We also had recessed lighting installed on our first floor family room which they did a fantastic job on. The also patched and painted the ceiling and walls where they had to gut in order to complete the lighting installation. We got quotes from several contractors for this job and they weren’t the cheapest, but far from the most expensive as well. I would absolutely hire them again as they were extremely professional, on time, and on budget from original expectations set by both parties. We were overall very impressed by RF improvements and they will be our go to company with any future home renovations!

The quality of the work was excellent. They were helpful in guiding me through paint selection. They were punctual, professional and communicated well throughout the project, Although not the lowest price quote I received, the overall value was very good.

I hired RF Improvements to remodel my laundry room. They completely gutted the room and moved plumbing as well. They installed a new heated floor, cabinets and even built a dog shower for us. They are great to work with - they work hard and the quality is outstanding.

Exccellent. Radek (owner) called when he said he would call and showed when he said he woul show, The job sarted and ended when he said they would and came in on budget. These may seem like simple thihgs to do, but after 30 years of building and re-modeling, it's unusual to find a contractor that meets all those criteria. He accomdated "add ons" readily . Radek is very transparent - what you see is what you get. No "suruprises" in the work or the pricing. He'll make helpful suggestions and suggest ways to save money if he thinks you are going overkill, but in the end, will do what you want. We have honest conversations and I feel like he's looking out for my best interest - not something you get with many contractors. He may not be the cheapest, but he's certainly not the most expensive. He's the best value. Radek is my first "go to" when we have a building or remodeling project.

It went very well. The best company I've ever dealt with. They finished the work when they told me when it would be and the quality was excellent! I couldnt be happier!

I would highly recommend them. They were with us for about 6-7 weeks and the general contractor, Radek, stayed on top of the project. He communicated with us on a daily basis, was on site nearly everyday. He was very good with coordinating with the cabinet guy, electrician, etc throught the whole process. His crew has been with him for several years, which says a lot. They didn't interrupt my job to go on another job, they stayed with the project everyday and did a good job.

This was an enormous project requiring the removal of about 1600 sq ft of a combination of VCT and slate followed by preparing the surface with stabilizing underlayers. Removal of the old flooring was a massive undertaking because it was very securely glued/cemented in place. The floor needed substantial leveling because the house was built in 1965 and sits on a lot that descends to a lake. Radek, Radek and Filip arrived dependably and conquered this project beautifully. This project also included installing new baseboard and reconfiguring several closet doors. The photo shows the precision work of Filip in installing the porcelain on a spiral staircase. This required loads of cutting and careful placement. Well done!

This is the only contractor I completely trust in my home. After several projects over the past 4 years I will continue to welcome them back. The quality of work is hard to match, the price is very fair and I trust them in my home (huge plus). Most recently they have completed our basement remodel. In recent years, they remodeled our living room and family room. They have done drywall, electrical, plumbing, wainscotting, cabinet installation, paint. They are wonderful.

I was looking for a 3 bathroom remodel for a rental property of mine. Radek was very responsive to my initial contact, we set up and appointment and he provided an immediate proposal and then answered a number of questions that I had. I then added some additional work to the proposal and so Radek returned to the house to update the quote. My tenants were late in getting back to the house, forcing Radek to wait for 15 minutes. He was unperturbed by this issue and again provided me an updated proposal. The proposal was appeared very professional and was priced in a very competitive manner, appreciably lower than another proposal that I recieved. I intend to consider RF for future remodeling needs.

i needed some small handyman repairs around the house and purchased a big deal for 8hours. They responded quickly stating that they know their schedule is packed until January at least. So I asked for a re fund because I needed the work done before Christmas. They were so polite and understanding about it. Very professional and timely in communication so I would have high hopes for using this company at another time if I needed to.

I hired RF Improvements for the second time. For this job I had a room with very rough drywall. They put two layers of skim coat on them in order to smooth them out. Then they painted the room and baseboard. They were very professional, very thorough and their work was excellent - just as I expected. For what it's worth they also painted several rooms for my neighbor right after my job and they had the same experience. They do great work and are great people.

They came to look at our house and they said that in the 8 hours they could only paint the hallway when another company was able to do more. They didn't seem like they wanted the job. I got the deal refunded.
