Damaged drywall and floors were completely removed and replaced. The walls and ceiling primed and painted. Wood trim also primed and painted. New waterproof vinyl flooring installed. Excellent and timely work. Philip kept job debris to a minimum and cleaned up as the job progressed. We are very happy with the custom job Philip did and with our beautiful new laundry room. Radek and his team do a great job. They are reliable, organized, professional and do high quality work. My painting project started as a few bedrooms and the basement and several doors that needed to be replaced. During the project Radek and his team identified where another contractor had done damage to my sub-floor during a bathroom remodel a couple of years ago. He explained the issue and the pros and cons for fixing it and how he would recommend fixing it. I felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing and we were able to have his team address it during the time that they were here. He helped me find another contractor to help refinish my floors and will be back after that project to replace trim. Radek's quotes and costs are right on target and fair. His bids for painting did come in a bit higher than other contractors I have worked with in the past but the quality his team puts in to preparing the walls, detail during application and care for the surrounding area make it well worth a slightly higher bid cost.

RF Improvements does quality work! Estimates are accurate both on pricing and time required. This job was squeezed in between Thanksgiving and Christmas and was completed a day earlier than expected. Work included moving a wall to expand the bathroom into an existing closet, closing off an existing door into the bathroom, replacing existing tub with a larger one, replacing vanity, replacing medicine cabinet, retiling floor and walls, replacing the closet system, and rearranging laundry room with added countertop and shelves. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail exceed expectations and they are a pleasure to work with. This is the second project I have done with them and I recommend them highly.

Radek & team did a great job remodeling our bathroom. Extra work that was not part of estimate was required after the project started. He communicate this effort in a timely faishion so there were no surprises. He recommended alternative options that helped save money. They finished the job in time with quality. The work was well done. The bottom of the cabinets looked as if they were originally purchased with the red oak bottoms. The paint job was pristine. And he removed the yellowing silicone and did a very neat job inatalling the white silicone. He left the space neat and tidy. I will hire him again. His hourly rate is reasonable.

Radek and his team did a great job at our house. They arrived on-time every day and were very clean. They did excellent work putting new wall tile for our shower, dry-walling part of the bathroom, and working on new light fixtures.

Radek and Radek did an excellent job. We had a leak from the bathrooms on our second floor and they were able to correct the leaks. We also had recessed lighting installed on our first floor family room which they did a fantastic job on. The also patched and painted the ceiling and walls where they had to gut in order to complete the lighting installation. We got quotes from several contractors for this job and they weren’t the cheapest, but far from the most expensive as well. I would absolutely hire them again as they were extremely professional, on time, and on budget from original expectations set by both parties. We were overall very impressed by RF improvements and they will be our go to company with any future home renovations!

The quality of the work was excellent. They were helpful in guiding me through paint selection. They were punctual, professional and communicated well throughout the project, Although not the lowest price quote I received, the overall value was very good.

I hired RF Improvements to remodel my laundry room. They completely gutted the room and moved plumbing as well. They installed a new heated floor, cabinets and even built a dog shower for us. They are great to work with - they work hard and the quality is outstanding.
