I had purchased the special $99 for 4 hours work. I did not care so much for the owner who came to give the estimate and when it was over he charged me for 2 extra hours although I calculated it was only one extra hour and that is all I paid for - and he accepted that. But the man who did the actual work was very good and did an excellent job. He worked quickly - told me when he was taking a lunch break - cleaned up after himself and all in all was very pleased with his work.

The painter worked very efficiently and I was pleased with the end result.

They did a good job. They helped me pick out the colors and that was much appreciated. They brought color samples on the initial visit.

Boiught the offer and then waited until it was just about to expire. Called the company and told me it was not a problem to extend the time period of the offer. We mutually chose a date that worked for both us and RF Improvements. They came on the agreed upon date and did the work. Having done a lot of my own painting I was younger I understand how hard it is to do a truely quality job. RF Improvements far exceeded my expectations. I will hire them again when I need additional work done.

I had written an extensive review shortly after the work was performed a year ago; apparently it did not go through, so once again in brief...the owner of the business (can't remember his name now a year later) was exceptionally professional and friendly. I have used several painters over the 17 years I have lived in this home and I would rank him at the top. Work was done extremely well--just one snafu which I won't go into here--a moot point, actually, since he went out of his way to address it. I would definitely use this service for future painting needs.

Requested plaster repair. Job was estimated and was more than the value of the coupon but I understood that. Price was fair. Worker showed up and did the work in a timely manner. Did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward. Very happy with the work.

Radek was a pleasure to work with. He came out the day before and scoped the project so he knew what was going to need to be done. They came the following day bright and early to get the job going. I decided to have him do some other work, so they were at our house for 3 days. They worked late into the third day to finish. Everything was covered and kept clean. The job was completed on time and with excellent workmanship. I have recommended these folks to other friends who have had the same results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing some painting.

They removed the chipped paint, primed and repainted. I had expected a small mess when they removed the existing chipped paint, but I don't feel the clean up was sufficient. I was cleaning up dust and paint for days! Now a year later, the paint is re-chipping and I now have to have the work re-done.

4hrs are too few for a drywall patch repair since one has to do do multiple mud application and wait for each application to dry. this service only incuded the first mud application.

RF Improvements was excellent. They took great care to cover furniture to minimize dust. Their estimate was accurate and they were a pleasure to work with. They did everything we agreed to and it was excellent work.

I bought the big deal and missed the expiration date. I was told that the voucher would not be honored.

Service was ok - work was high quality but slightly unprofessional. Painter smelled strongly of tobacco and left 1 hour early.

I have a interior design firm and I am always looking for contractors that I can trust and who do excellent work. From my very first conversation with Radek I was impressed with his punctuality, organization, knowledge and professionalism. Additionally, he is an extremely nice guy to work with, he listens to every suggestion and thinks about solutions. I wouldn't use anyone else in my house now, I completely recommend them!!

They were efficient, prompt, clean and finished the job on time. We will be calling him back for work in the future.

Can not provide a relevant report. I had purchased a "$99 Big Deal promotional offer. However was unable to use within the allotted time period. Vendor refused to extend, which was certainly their perogative. Unfortunate because I could have become a customer for a number of projects beyond the scope of that offer, which would have served as my trial evaluation of the firm. Your system would not let me enter "N/A" for "Overall Experience" which woud be the appropriate response. I can't really say if I would use them in the future and the service date is a fiction since nothing was done. Your rigid reporting system simply does not allow accommodation for such situation as this.

Work was good and communication was good. No issues.

Showed up on time to quote the job and also when the actual work was done. Everything was moved and put back in the right places. Clean up was perfect. Could hardly tell the painter had been there. I would definitely use this company again. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone involved, very professional.

They were not able to complete the job because the leak was not fixed on our roof but what they were able to complete was a good job. Their prices were ok not great but not a rip off.

We are very pleased with the work RF Improvements did for us and would highly recommend them for any repair/remodeling work. Both Radeks were very professional and punctual. Radek Fukula was very honest with his pricing and didn't try to take advantage of us financially like other handymen in the past have. The end product of both major projects they did for us is outstanding and we will definitely look to hire them for future projects for our home.

Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. Very professional. Prompt follow up. Did a nice job. After the job was completed and paid for, I realized that I had paid for an extra can of paint that was used (job was finished in one coat instead of two). Owner was honest about it and quickly issued a refund. Would use again or recommend.

We have no complaints. Radek and his team were complete professionals. We would definitely use RF Improvements, Inc. again!!!

Radek explained that the wood trim would take quite some time. It was pine stained dark walnut needing an oil-based primer coat and then three coats of semi-gloss. The ceiling only needed one coat of flat white ceiling paint. The walls took two coats of eggshell finish paint. The painter took great care in taping off floors, steps, walls, etc. We did not have them do the doors because of budget. I am catching up painting the doors myself - one or two each weekend until finished. They estimated five 10-hours days. It ultimately took 1-1/2 hours longer than estimated but the quality was superb. If I had had the money in my budget I would certainly would have had them paint the doors as well. They also need the primer and three coats. And since they are solid six-panel doors it is very time consuming. I have done a lot of painting myself over the years and had my own favorites in paint brand and quality. Radek convinced me to use his favorite brand and a higher quality of paint that I would have chosen. He was right - it is really worth the extra few dollars per gallon.

1st, everyone was very prompt, polite and professional. They brought their own dropcloths and plastic to cover floors and even taped-off adjoining rooms to minimize dust. Jakub worked every minute of the time I paid for - no breaks, just constant work at a very good pace. He really takes pride in making the walls look good! After the Big Deal, I decide to have them come back to repair even more areas. This worked out, since the drywall mud really should dry overnight before being sanded. This way, they spent part of a 2nd day doing more repairs, and on a partial 3rd day, they sanded and primed everything. I am very pleased with the results and they are competitively priced.

Interior room painting; RF improvements purchased the paint based on our color sample; color match was not acceptable in the bathroom, we will redo the painting ourself.
