His team started bright and early every morning and worked all the way through the days. Will definitely hire again for future work.

They were excellent. The price was very reasonable. Another placed quoted us $1,200. They did such a good job. They were very good and I was very impressed with them. They also came back to move it a little because the city said it needed to be moved a little bit.

Radek was quick to give me a estimate and schedule work date, we originally were scheduled for thursday but due to there work load they asked if friday would work for me, Friday they started and Saturday they finished. This is work i would of done my self, had i not injured my back and in need of surgery, so i do know how much was involved in this task. They finished before my expectations with top quality workmanship, they were friendly and cleanup after them selfs nicely. Because of my experiance with this company, i'm looking to have them do other work , some small projects and some not so small. I would recommend RF Improvements to friends and family.

I called Radek (the R in RF) in order to bid out a rather extensive contract on my home. Improvements included opening up the floor plan--installing two different doorways in existing walls. He looked uncomfortable about the things I was describing (getting thru a cinder block wall in the garage & the possible layers within the home that had been constructed in phases over decades. I had to ask him if anything was wrong & then he sheepishly defended his inability to do such work since, "most home improvement guys can't do this sort of thing." OK, no problem, let's look at the rest of the work! We continue to look at the remaining work--improving two existing bathrooms & creating a new bath from scratch in the basement. There were a couple little odd jobs as well, but that was the gist. Upon completion of the walk-thru, we agreed that he would bid out the work that he COULD do. He seemed comfortable enough with the remaining work...except a bit of the construction needed in the basement to bury a new line. That being said, he informed me (after investing 45 mins walking him through all of this) that he would not be available for work for 2 months because he was so back-logged. Fine, just get me the estimate asap so I can work on getting this thing going...or getting in line as the case might be. I waited 3 weeks before contacting him again. Another message left. Finally he gets back to me some time later & tells me that he's too busy & apologized before promptly hanging up on me. No discussion. No fulfillment of promise. So in order to get my 3rd bid, I've gotta start all over again because this guy can't bother to even do the estimate? What a waste of time. He can't do half the things I described. He doesn't return calls promptly. He didn't even fulfill his promised bid! Who operates like this?

Was contacted promptly by owner, Radek. He came by, listened to what we wanted done, made suggestions and agreed on time and scope. Guys showed up on time and were very professional, taped and tarped to make sure dust and paint would not get on our furninture and floors and got the job done. We subsequently used them to patch and repaint my father's entire townhouse and to re-drywall an entire home. Radek's a good guy and you'll get a good product at a fair price. Heartily recommend him.

They did the job well. They were straight forward with me. They seemed to do the job right. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Their quote was the least invasive to my property compared to other companies quotes.

The service was great. The work was well done, the provider was knowledgeable, and ground a great solution.

It worked out well. He was polite and he did what he wanted to do or had to do. He did a pretty good job.

They did a good job painting the master bedroom, but the price ended up being a lot more than the deal I had purchased.

Radke was prompt in coming by to review the job and supply me with a proposal. He accompanied his workman, Kashi (sp?), to the job the first day to make sure we were all on the same page and everyone was clear on expectations. We had removed wallpaper in our large laundry/mud room that had been up for 20+ years so the walls were pretty scuffed up. Kashi meticulously smoothed the walls, filled/repaired drywall, painted the ceiling, walls and all the new baseboard, installed the baseboard. After that , he put our shoe cabinets and storage cubbies back into the room and cleaned-up after himself. We also had him repair the ceiling in the kitchen that had some water staining (due to an accidental overflow in the upstairs bath). Radke warned that since we chose not to repaint the entire 45 x 30 foot ceiling that runs from the kitchen through the family room (which had only been painted about 15 months ago), we'd likely see some subtle color variance even though we were using the same (leftover) paint for touch-up. Even though we know exactly where to look, Kashi made the repairs literally invisible. The man is an artist. The job was only supposed to take about 2 days -- but it ended up being more like 4. I did not mind because it was the pride-in-workmanship and the desire to make everything "perfect", that required the additional time. It was not a matter of "getting it done" but more "making it right". I have nothing but respect and highest regards for the craftsmanship and professionalism demonstrated by RF Improvements. As a note: I was dreading having the kitchen ceiling done because of how sanding drywall leaves dust everywhere. I don't know how Kashi did it but you wouldn't not have known he was ever there. In fact, at the end of each day, he piled his equipment and materials in the garage and left both rooms nearly pristine. You would not have known we were having work done. You may pay a little more but if you are a perfectionist, you will not be disappointed. These guys are pros all the way...

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. We had to pay for the paint above the Bid Deal price. There was no delay in the service they provided.

This was a good service, and I don't remember there being any problems. There were additional charges, but I don't remember what the charge was but it was because the room we had painted was larger than what the Big Deal covered. I would recommend this company. He mentioned that painting is not his typical job but usually he was doing contracting. I am not sure if he is still offering painting or not but I would recommend him because he did a good job at a good price.

I had a big deal for an interior painter for the day and I used to have my wood trim and baseboards painted white.

They were punctual, clean, and did what they were asked to do. It was a great deal to get someone into my house to get work done easily and low cost.

Very smooth. No problem at all. Radek, the owner, was prompt to visit, gave me estimate and tips for paint type, color etc. The painter showed up right on time two days later. He was professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job.

They did come in and do varnishing of wood and it was excellent. They came in and they were quick, neat, they did a fine job, and the price was good!

We have used them a number of times and they are so amazing. They were on time; their bid was accurate and fair. They never charged me anything more than what we discussed, so they are just super honest guys and they are amazing craftsmen. They are so personable and so nice that I consider them as part of my family now. They have done two whole remodels for us and I wouldn't use anybody else. If I had to fly them to California, I would! They are not the cheapest but they are the best, in other words, for what they do, their price is completely the best. I recommended them to my girlfriend, she didn’t use them, she went with somebody else that was maybe $2000 cheaper for a bathroom remodel, and they did a horrible job and she ended up calling RF Improvements Inc to fix it. Their price is very fair and very affordable. I am an interior designer and I have been in the business for ten years, I have my own crew and I have now gotten rid of my crew and I use these guys as my crew, that is how good they are; they are just amazing. I have never seen better craftsmen, they are incredible and they are just extremely nice guys.

It took many calls and several cancellations before the provider came out to do the job. He covered the seams very well but never came back to smooth off and finish.

I was very satisfied with RF Improvements Inc. Their member price was $199 but I paid $672. Initially, we thought it's going to be this much. In the end, there's the cost of the materials. That was the first time I used them. It was a very good job.

They showed up when they were supposed to and they did a good job, but my wife thought that some things could have been done better. We bought some additional time from them, but overall, they could have been more efficient and could've done a little bit better job.
