The entire experience was very professional and pain-free. The sales rep and the installers were very helpful with explaining the entire process from start to finish. Their pricing was very reasonable (I received several other quotes from other local companies which were substantially higher) and the product fully guaranteed. The work was impeccable. From Ed the salesman to Octavio and his team they each made sure i was 100% satisfied with my windows. My house was just as clean after the project as before they came. The crew was polite and neat. They explained the process prior to starting. I had several windows replaced and one was two windows with transoms on top. It was a challenging location to install such a big window but the crew managed to remove and install the window and it looks perfect. Thanks for the beautiful job!

Ed, did a great job getting us informed and scheduled for installation of 10 windows. We were notified in advance of the start time, which they were very prompt. Mike and Les were the installers and were polite and professional. Everything went smooth, and clean up was done very well. My wife and I very impressed with the speed and quality of their work.

Remodel Go replaced two outside doors and one window with custom made units that look and fit great. The installers did a great job, were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. After they finished Ed came by and made sure everything was right. Would definitely use them again.

From the first interaction to schedule an estimate to the moment the worker crew finished my job, these folks made the whole process seamless. Ed took great care to thoroughly explain what types of windows were available, window features and village code requirements for the job. He also made sure that the manufacturer quality processes were understood and the certified skills of the workmen doing the installation. I have had a lot of construction done on my home in the last year â and usually an improvement project ended up with something broken, blemished, ruined or dirty â which created a lot of stress and angst for me as a homeowner. With Remodel Go it was one of the most stress-free experiences Iâ ve had with ANY contractor; the crew showed up on time, got right to work and quickly replaced 9 windows and a 3-pane sliding glass door with hardly a remnant of dust left behind!! They took great care to protect surfaces, clean all windows inside and out, remove all debris and waste and worked efficiently to finish as quickly as possible. We used Remodel Go for our 9 windows in Racine WI. Very professional and very budget friendly. We got a quote from another company in WI that was 3x the quote from remodel go. Great communication the whole way through! On install day, installers were here 20 minutes early, very polite and professional. Told us they would be about 5 hours, and they were. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in southeast WI looking to update their windows!

I replaced a sliding glass patio door for the rental property I own. I had a great experience. Everything was very easy. Great communication between myself and the owner of the company. I will highly recommend this company if any work for windows or doors is needed.
