Palatine Whirlpool Repair

They told me that they will come to my home this morning between 8-11AM with 30 minute telephone call in advance. None of them has happened. So I called them at 11AM. I was told to call the customer service instead. When I called the customer service, no one picked up the phone but message saying that they wil call me back in 5 imnutes if I leave the message. They didn't call back. So I called the office and got a # of the supervisor. He told me that the technician will call me back in 30 minutes. So I waited 30 minutes. Nothing has happened. So I called the supervisor again. This time, he asked me to hold the call and waited for 10 minutes, but he told me that he does not know where the technician is. It was already 2 PM. Then, suddenly, the technician called me and asked to wait for his next job to be completed before he heads toward my house. He said he would call me when he would be here.....it is almost 5PM. I found this service is like lending tree as they pretend that they are local repair service companies claiming for long years services in the area. Actually, they are located in out of state and refer the job to others whoever willing to pick up for fees. The agent I told me that she oversees 13 other states and not located in Illinois where I am. This is a scam service, attracting customers claiming the initial cost of only $55 but charge lots more but they will not be responsible for anything of the job!!!! Please do not waste your time and money!!!!
