Would not use this company. I emailed them my problem and then called them a series of times to get a quote and they never responded.

Mr. Nyberg responded to my phone call within a few hours. He came to the house and inspected the broken shingles and the aluminum fascia that had blown off the fascia board and provided his estimate of $550. After we agreed to have him do the work, an additional problem developed. We asked him to examine and repair some skylights that had begun to leak. He said he would relay this information to the workers, who would do needed repairs to skylights along with the other work. Work was to be done in a month but was finished early in about a week. Fascia board was extended & covered with aluminum fascia and shingles replaced, with excellent workmanship. Skylights, checked & sealed, added only $25 to the original estimate. This company is impressive as a well-run, honest operation that makes the customer feel confident that he/she is getting excellent work at a fair price. We will need to have siding replaced in the near future and look forward to having Nyberg Enterprises do the work.

Ted Baldyga was responsive to both phone calls and e-mails. The only problem I had is that I had wanted to meet him at my house for the estimate, but he came when I was at work. The estimate I was given was for the replacement of siding on the wall, but not the garage. The company I chose to do the work presented an estimate for the entire project. I would contact Nyberg again, but would make it clear that I wanted to meet them to show them everything I wanted done.

Absolutely amazing experience! Upon initial contact, all calls were returned promptly. Excellent email correspondence. Came to house to give estimate. Showed up exactly on time. Offered multiple selections of roofing with complete explanations of pros/cons and costs. Contract was straightforward. Honored Angie's List discount of $400! Job took two days. The workers were immaculate, courteous and efficient. Did I say immaculate? There was not a piece of old roofing, nails or other debris to be found when the job was complete. Nyberg removed all debris, part of the job-no additional costs. Job completed, no surprises on final invoice. Absolutely perfect experience.

Derrick from Nyberg came and gave us a quote on siding and a new roof for our garage. I was getting three quotes from different contractors. I was also concerned about the structural condition of the garage. Apparently I was not moving fast enough for Derrick. When he called to see if I was ready to proceed I told him we had structure concerns. He called me a "procrastinator" and hung up on me. As it turned out it was more cost effective to build a new garage than to repair the old one. But Nyberg is not in the garage business.

Nyberg replaced the gutters on our home. While pulling down the old gutters they also pulled out the wire mesh behind the gutters that kept squirrels from getting into the attic. I called them and asked them to replace the wire mesh (at an additional cost). They did so, but only part way. When I called them back (several times) to finish the job they never returned my calls or returned to finish the work. They got their money and ran. We got the squirrels.

I called them from work and called me that same day and did the work. The price was very reasonable and he was very courteous and professional.

Had Maple tree limb crash onto house. Stewart did estimate the same day I called, not wanting to wait(he wanted to avoid water damage). I agreed to the work. About one day after I accepted terms, another storm passed and I went to check for more damage and found the work had already been done to both the roof and siding. siding matched perfectly. I got a bill in the mail and it was well under estimate. My family of 6 (and 2 dogs)never saw a clue that they had been there until I noticed the work was done. Thanks!

Andy returned my voice mail (left on the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving) after 2 days (I left messages with 2 other contractors and 1 never returned the message and the other didn't send me a quote until AFTER Andy finished the work!). He was courteous, personable and seemed genuinely interested in doing this small job. He came out to give me a quote 1 week later. He initially said he had 6 working days of backlog before he could get to my project, but the next day he was able to fit me in when the weather was turning bad. His installer was very friendly and informative and the quality seems very good. I was very happy with Andy's responsiveness and ability to take on the small job. I will definitely hire him again.

Nyberg provided excellent service throughout. The actual work took about 2.5 days, during which their team was attentive and responsive. Stuart Nyberg is easy to contact and called me multiple times to check in and make sure we were happy with the work.

We obtained about 8 different quotes from companies. We went with Nyberg because of their reputation and Stewart Nyberg was professional and knowlegeable. Nyberg stood out not only for their competive price but professionalism and quality of work. The original work was done over a year ago and the roof is perfect! No leaks and the gutters work great! They didn't leave a mess AND they came back just today to do some 'touch up work'' on some areas. THAT's a quality company that cares about their reputation.

Estimate was a bit higher than the company we hired. Main reason we didn't consider this company is that it took about 2 weeks to receive a list of references, and we had already hired a company... in fact, work was almost complete. We would consider this company if references met our standards.

It took a while to get a response for our request for a bid. However, Ted Baldyga was very professional, and his quote was the lowest we received. The only reason we decided not to use him was that he said they had never sided a bay window/balcony like ours before.

Left two calls for an estimate. Neither call was returned.

The company was prompt with all appointments. The down payment was more than fair with the balance due upon completion. We were very pleased with the work, price and professionalism of the company.

Work was completed along with a siding job. The insullation board was placed and taped very well.

Nyberg did almost all of the work on one very long day - which was good because it was starting to rain in the evening. I think on the second day they just did the flashing and the ridge venting. Crew was professional and did a good job. The job was started within the time-line quoted to me (which was surprising to me because there was a lot of rain between me signing the contract and the work completing). I recommended Nyberg to my parents, and they had them complete their roof.

Work started on time and only took an afternoon to complete. Windows function well and so far I haven't detected any drafts coming around the perimeter of the windows. The caulking and sealant that was used around the windows did have a very strong odor and took about two days to clear out.

Work was completed when indicated at time of signing the contract. They were able to accommodate my request of changing the location of the downspouts (old downspouts were not placed well). The installation looks good and their have been no issues with the gutters leaking. I was slightly concerned about the lack of pitch on some of the gutters, but Ron S. indicated that too much pitch may not lend to a good appearance. If gutter pitch is really important to you, make sure that you tell them before they start the work.

The project was started according to the time frame at signing contract. The crew of two worked diligently and was very meticulous of their work. The fascia work is incredibly time consuming and required detailed cutting and placement. Their workmanship is great on all aspects of the job including siding, soffitm fascia, shutters and trimming the old windows. In addition, I have an existing sunroom to complicate the job and they were able to accommodate it well.

Excellent work. On time, courteous and good workmanship. I did ask for a quote on some minor soffit repair on my house that they never provided (minor complaint, though).

They were VERY fast. They had a lot of people working and got it done in one day - before the bad weather hit.

Not well. When I contacted Nyberg siding again a couple weeks later, I was told they no longer service my area for siding, which was really frustrating to hear.

Really well. Stuart is an easy-going person. The price was great and the workers did a good job. There was a slight accident when a caulking gun slid down the main roof and damaged the siding of my neighbors house, but the workers repaired it right away.

From the time the proposal was received to the job was finished, Stuart Nyberg was prompt and professional. After accepting the bid with Nyberg, I realized that I need different work performed first. When that was completed, they were able to fit our small job into their schedule in a week. All work was done well and property left clean. After the job was finished, Stuart left a message checking in to see if we had any questions and answering a question I had before I could ask.
