This company definitely responds to all calls. This guy is extremely reliable. They did an outstanding job. Stewart Nyberg himself comes out and checks the roof. He is very punctual, reliable and responsive even after he is paid. Our roof looks great. I have to say. Its held up since they did it too. I liked them a lot so I would put the word out that they're really good for roofing. I can't say if they do gutter work though. As I recall, we did learn about this company using our Angie's List membership.

Great again, we talked on phone, arranged a time to view the problem. Wanted to start work within 2 weeks, but I was going on vacation. Called after returning and a day was arranged, gave a deposit. The weather was iffy, so Andy kept me up to date the night before and that day. We discussed how much time he needed in the house and outside the house, which was kept in schedule, as I was leaving to go to an appointment. They laid a tarp inside to protect my carpet. Each skylight was replaced and looked much better than the originals did when new. There was no mess left and all work was completed that day. This is my second use of there services and they have been great both times!

I had contacted Nyberg and was told that they would get someone over as quickly as possible but that it would be at least a week. They fit us in between their bigger projects, and did the work when we were at work. The work completed was perfect. The replacement downspout was identical to the existing, the repair was well done and they gave me a high level of confidence on the remaining spouts.

Andy was very prompt in responding and corrected the problem in a timely fashion. I would recommend Nyberg Exteriors to anyone in the neighborhood.

Although we communicated quite a bit by email and voicemail, I never actually saw Andy. He came out one or two days after my inquiry and took his measurements not needing anyone present (learned from my adult daughter that someone was up on the roof earlier that day). Work proceeded well and began 12 working days (estimate was 10) after accepting the proposal. Two days for the roof and two more for the gutters; wind and precipitation caused the slightly delayed start. Site was cleaned up each day and we are happy with the results. Nyberg wasnt the lowest quote of the three we obtained, but neither were they that much higher than the others. Ive indicated below that the price was higher than estimate, but this is just due to the six sheets of plywood replaced on the roof due to age/rot which is not uncommon and the proposal anticipated the event warning that any necessary replacements would be billed at $45 per sheet, installed.

This company is great. I used them for a new roof last year and decided to go with them again for the siding. I already had aluminum soffit on the overhang. Ted is the contact person and is wonderful to work with. He suggested I go with the 6" double clapboard and sent me to see another project where it was used. My cedar was vertical and I had a hard time picturing the horizontal siding. The house looks beautiful and the workers were outstanding. I have nothing but good to say about this company. Two days before Christmas, one of our third floor units had rusty water streaming down the walls. The hardware store at the bottom of our street offered some patching advice and we got it stopped, but immediately after the holidays we got three estimates from roofing companies, one being Nyberg. While we were waiting for better weather to start the project, in February the roof was leaking again and Nyberg Exteriors came out to do an emergency patch on our roof, fixed the leak and said they would give us a credit on the tear off for the repair costs. We were able to start the job on April 19th and the roof was completed by the 24th. Although they had to come back to do the gutter work, they were fast and cleaned up daily. Stuart was very pleasant to work with and we've had a couple of good rains since then an no leaks! We'll be calling back when we replace the garage roof!

The Nyberg company did great getting a tough job done. We had an old tile roof from 80 years ago that was ready to be replaced. The crew of 3 carefully removed the tile shingles with minimal disturbance to our landscaping. At the end of each day, the crew put their equipment away and swept around the job site. The job took 4 working days. The price was slightly higher than a normal tear-off due to the added time to remove the tile. It was cometitive to other estimates. We are very happy with the service and quality of the job.

Excellent! Mark and his team were great. They were fast, clean and handled the work and the surprises professionally and comprehensively. They will return to install gutter screens and repair gutter downspouts.

We were seriously considering purchasing a home that needed a total exterior face lift (a Victorian covered in asphalt shingle). Nyberg was recommended by a friend, so I emailed them to inquire about what sort of project we would be getting into and what we could potentially do with this house. Ted at Nyberg immediately got back to me with an address of a similar home that they worked on and also provided photos and descriptions of what they did, and potentially could do for the house we were looking at. The work they did looked amazing, and the house was beautiful. We ended up passing on the house we were considering (for other reasons), but will absolutely call on this company for any future work. Extremely prompt and courteous, and the results look amazing.

We had a small leak which unfortunately dripped right onto our bed, onto my husband's head. Another roofing company did not show up as scheduled, so I called Nyberg. Within two hours, Andy Nyberg returned my call. He said he just happened to be coming to our area that afternoon, and that he'd come by if he had time. He kept in touch by cell phone, and came by when I was out. My son showed him the leak, and Andy immediately got on our roof and diagnosed the problem. As I made my way home he called to say he'd temporarily repaired the leak (free of charge!), had a contract in my mailbox, and apologized for leaving before I got home. He predicted a 1-week wait for the repair, but two days later repairmen were there, and within a few hours the leak was repaired. PLUS they replaced several loose shingles in other spots of the roof, again, no extra charge! Such good, nice people. I will DEFINITELY call them for more work, and I'll hope to meet Andy and thank him then for such GREAT service.

While we were waiting to get everything approved for the job he hung in there and didn't bug me and when we did get everything approved he went right to work. I would use them again. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to others.

He was very honest and found what the problem was without me having to pay a ton of money. He showed up on time, was professional, and just excellent overall.

They did a good job. They were not the least expensive but one of the reasons I used them was because of the references on Angie's List. I found them to be true. They did a good job - it took longer than it needed to, but they were very responsive to any problems that came up along the way.

This is the person who you would want to hire to replace a roof. There was a need for numerous repairs in my mother's home and Angie's List proved to be very valuable in helping me to hire the best people to do the job. Stuart Nyberg was excellent. He came out immediately and gave a fair estimate. He was very thorough and specific in what needed to be done. I had tuck-pointing done on the same day, due to a last minute change in schedule, and everyone worked together well. There were about nine men working at one time together. The person who did the tuck-pointing was also excellent. I mentioned him in separate report. Stuart came out recently to extend the down spouts so they were not too close to the building. He came out immediately and looked at the situation and then sent someone to do the job as soon as the weather allowed. He stands by his work, which was excellent, and is always reachable. It is was truly a pleasure to do business with him. I highly recommend him.

Start to finish, this was a very long process, thanks to the weather. We signed the contract during some very mild winter weather, but then got hit with a lot of snow and cold temps. It was several weeks before things got rolling. I called a few times to check in and see when we might begin. In hindsight, I should have waited until Spring so it could have been done without impatience on my part. Workers were efficient though, majority of job was completed in 2 days. I was a little troubled by the color of the aluminum drip edge, which did not match our recently added gutters from this same co. Ted had them come back and spray paint the correct color, and they did a great job, looks like a perfect match. John, who did carpentry on the windows was fantastic. He custom-made a frame for an extremely odd-shaped bathroom, with all kinds of crazy angles. It looks like it was original to the house. Amazing job. Clean, courteous. When we have to replace our side shingles, I'll call them again.

As usual, my wife and I are very happy with Nyberg. We called on a Saturday afternoon and they sent workers out on Monday to do the work. We appreciate the honesty and workmanship of Nyberg, and will continue to use them for our future roofing, siding, window and door projects. This is a family run business with a Christian focus on serving their communities; this attitude is often used in marketing materials without any substance, but with Nyberg you get quality professionals who truly care about their clients and the homes where they reside. If you have an opportunity to use this company, I strongly urge you to do so.

I called then the brother who originally came out to fix the skylight on many occasions and never got a call back from him.

He stayed within budget, what a doll! He initially dropped off the samples and went on top of the roof and in attic to do the estimate. Other companies did not even go on the roof! He was very pleasant to work with, kept us well informed of the progress and if the crew would not arrive due to weather. They cleaned up after themselves, never received one complaint from either neighbor! Highly recommend them!

Ted Baldyga has been my main contractor contact- he's been great. We had a late start due to delays in getting a permit at village hall & another job not finished on time (crew was still working) but he apologized for the tardiness. He worked with me on my budget, & on solving some major water mysteries and rotting wood. From there, it was relatively smooth. John was the lead foreman on the job and he was so fantastic-- He noticed when the wrong color was picked up. We lost another 1/2 day of labor to fix it (I thought the brown I picked maybe just didn't match as well as I thought, but in fact, it did match perfectly- we had the wrong brown). He noticed when our neighbors were filling up our dumpster to capacity (this for another job) and came to warn the other crew that was at our house. He was efficient, trustworthy, courteous, clean. He'll be working on our next project-- to replace a window and work on our roof. Everything looks beautiful, clean- very happy with final product.

This is a great company. Ron Staffa called me back promptly when I first inquired about having work done. They did an excellent job on the roof, which had to be done before the siding was completed so the roof was completed more than a month earlier than the siding. There were a few problems that surfaced, but Ron was very responsive and resolved each problem promptly. Some of the roof debris hit a brand new window air conditioner and punctured it. Nyberg purchased another air conditioner for me that is nearly the same. When the old roof was removed, my attic was filled with roof debris, and Ron sent someone over to clean it up as soon as I mentioned it to him. I mention this because unforeseen things do often happen, and many other companies might not have been as responsive and/or generous, but Ron was great about handling these matters. My house looks terrific with the new siding and roof, and I'm very glad I used Nyberg.

This is a fantastic company. I was very lucky to work with Ron Staffa who called me back promptly after my initial inquiry. He was available and easy to reach throughout the process. Ron was direct and honest about what really needed to be done now and what could wait and be done later. Andy and Eugene worked as a team to put up the siding and also rebuilt the porch under the pillar. They are both master craftsmen and two of the nicest guys I've worked with. They did little extras for me such as replacing the porch light fixture and house numbers, installing a doorbell etc. I particularly liked their positive attitude when confronted with difficult situations such as the sagging front porch. They tackled each problem logically and competently. I had other work done on the house at the same time and they were very cooperative with all the other tradesmen who btw, also commented that this was a quality job. My house now looks terrific and I'm glad I used Nyberg.
