Andy Nyberg returned our calls promptly and quickly provided an estimate of the cost for the work that would be performed. Andy came by the house and provided a detailed explanation to us of the work that would be completed. His personal attention to details was outstanding. All the tasks were completed ahead of schedule! The workers were fantastic and did an outstanding job. We felt confident and at ease through the entire process. We couldn't have been more satisfied. We would hire them again and again. We continue to tell all our friends how satisfied we were with everything that was done by Andy Nyberg and his staff. It was a fantastic experience, and we even feel that we have made new friends as well.

Although it was a small job (had used the same company a few years back for a big roof job), I felt that this amount of money was wasted. The company sent another person, seemed like a contract person to do the work. The worker just showed up at my house, no call in advance that he was coming. The only thing that I felt was fixed appropriately was the shingle hip, which does not seem like it should be the price of $275. The work on the garage roof did not prevent the leakage, as it is still leaking; the fixing of the front flat roof also still has the water running down the front of the house. I was not impressed at all with this work and would not recommend them again to be used.

Stuart and his crew did an excellent job, especially considering that, like any project, there are often snafus that occur during the process. Stuart was quick to calm our fears and correct the problems and did an excellent job of keeping tabs on what was going on. They didn't have to do anything, necessarily, when a rainstorm of the century hit in the middle of the work day and caused some serious leakage, but Stuart made sure everything was taken care of and that we were assured the project would not force us to take on more projects to repair damage. Stuart also did not rake us over the coals when we found out that a very large amount of the roof deck would need to be replaced, at additional cost. He was fair. I was very, very pleased with the customer service this company gave us. I was going to do my garage roof myself, but I may very well shell out the money to have Nyberg do it, anyway.

They did an excellent job, coming on the scheduled day even though they'd run into many problems on an earlier job that day; they stayed into the early evening to finish. We found them very professional.

I had contacted Andy Nyberg for an estimate and had a set appointment. He called the day of the appointment and said he wanted to come earlier. I told him I had another contractor coming at that time. He said he would call back to reschedule but never did.

Stuart had to coordinate the work with me so he could start after the tuckpointing. I had to push him back a day due to a delay with the tuckpointing and it was no problem! He came out and took care of the work in one day. The site was left very clean.

EXCELLENT! Ron Staffa, of Nyberg Exteriors, was a real pleasure to deal with. Ron showed up in 1 day, inspected the roof, made some very good suggestions regarding extra ventilation, gave me a competitive price and assured me I would be happy with their work. I received 3 quotes and went with Nyberg. I am very happy with the professionalism of Ron and his crew, and the top-quality work they performed. They showed and finished on time and cleaned up the jobsite 100%. And...NO surprises. I love my new roof. A+ for Nyberg Exteriors.

I left a message after hours on Thursday evening and was called promptly Friday morning. He came out early Friday afternoon for estimate and repair was completed by Friday at 7 pm satisfactorily. I had a hard time getting anyone to complete this small job. Most that advertise in this category only install new gutters and the contractors in the yellow pages never show up to complete the work.

He informed us that we needed to have my daughters windows replaced which was causing the leak. He responds immediately and answers all questions even on weekends. He really is a god guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone. There was also a certain part that we thought needed cleaning. He came out the next day and cleaned it for no extra charge.

I originally contacted Nyberg, for an estimate on my siding. That proved to costly, but Ted Baldyga, the sales rep, was very thorough and offered me other options, to consider. I finally decided to go with just the aluminum capping of my soffit, fascia and friezboard. They started the job, with a week and finished in less than a week. I am very pleased with the results.

It was great. Went like clockwork, the workers were honest, polite, cleaned up after themselves and generally tried to be as undisruptive as possible. Not an easy thing to do when you're knocking off stone and concrete and nailing on new siding. The house looks so much better; we're really pleased.

This was a great experience all the way through. Andy Nyberg returned my call quickly, came out and diagnosed and explained the problem and was very specific about how they would fix it, what it would cost and when it would be done. The crew came and did the job well with no problems, and actually fixed the gutter to drain better than it had originally. Also, they saw some small problems with the gutter on the first floor and fixed that as well.

Project manager Andy Kopka returned my call promptly (he left messages on all three phone numbers I provided). When he came out to provide an estimate, he said he could complete the job for us right on the spot--for considerably less than another company had originally estimated. (The other company wanted to go the whole bells-and-whistles replacement route, to which Andy asked, "Why do all that unnecessary work? This is a simple repair.") He cleaned out the debris, repaired the soffit/fascia, and while he was packing up, he noticed that one of our gutters was coming loose. He easily secured it. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Nyberg and Andy rock!

Great. Derek (Chicago rep) did a great job from the quote to the delivery. He even came out on Sunday to finish cleaning up after everything was near completion late Saturday. They do high quality work and I was very pleased with everything. Actually referred my boss, who is also using Nyberg right now.

He did a great job. He came when he said, was very careful about not damaging the jacuzzi with his ladder, did a great job re-doing the flashing on the roof & replacing the cedar shake roof shingles. I have had no water leakage since from the skylight.

Darek provided a timely quote of the project. We were unsure of the color combinations and style so Darek came out on repeated occasions to provide the best match to the house. After 3 weeks we decided on the colors and agreed to have the work done. Darek gave an estimated timeline of early-mid June for project completion. Nyberg met the timeframe and completed the work within 3 days. The jobsite was kept relatively clean each day. Overall, we are extremely happy with the job. We have already received compliments from our neighbors as our house looks cleaner, newer, and most of all well-protected from the rain. And Darek discounted the price upon completion by a few hundred dollars. We would highly recommend Nyberg.

Ted Baldyga was our representative. I started talking with Ted by phone and e-mail months before we started the siding project. He was great about answering all of my questions, even before we had a signed contract. When they came to do the job the crew was prompt and courteous. We had a few miscommunication due to a language barrier, but this was only a minor problem. Overall their work was excellent. My 100-year-old house looks brand new. I highly recommend them.

Andy was great. He came to my house several times with shingle samples until I found the one I wanted. He was always on time. The job was done right on time and the workers were great. He even gave me the Angies list discount. I will be calling him when I need new gutters.

After calling another roofer numerous times, I checked Angie's list and called Nyberg based on all the positive feedback they received. Andy called me that evening and managed to get a crew out the next day. I was extremely grateful for such a quick response. He stayed in touch by phone to let me know when they would be there, which was greatly appreciated. I only wish I had known of them back when we had to have the entire roof replaced. Nyberg has our recommendation to anyone that needs a roofing company.

My husband called Nyberg and left several messages in both Chicago and Palatine branch. The Chicago branch finally got back to him and confirmed he does not take care our region and he will relay the message to his brother. The brother called and left a message apologizing for not returning the call because he was out of town. My husband called him back again and left message of our home and cell phone numbers. We are still waiting for the phone call. Maybe Nyberg brothers are really busy or they just don't want our business.

It was a pleasure to do business with this company. The work was done with extreme precession. The 2 men that did the work, were very professional. My house still looks like a 1950 cape cod, but now no more painting. It looks great. We had people driving by stop and tell us how nice, it was coming along. It was a pleasure to have Eugene and his associate do the work.

The jobs were performed in a timely fashion and repairs solved all issues that were related to the problem. He has taken care of multiple roof repairs on 3 different occasions. Andy did not over-repair or under-repair the roof. He did rush to recommend a new roof. He shows integrity and a positive attitude towards his work.
