This company was fantastic!!! They were so professional and so knowledgeable. We worked with Andy and Arthur(project managers) in choosing the materials and pricing the job. They answered all our questions and came over twice to go over things with. The men that came to do the roofing and the trim work, worked in super hot weather, but worked so hard and very efficiently. Our home looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Nyberg to anyone looking for exterior work.

Other than a hiccup after we accepted the quote in terms of scheduling, everything went great. I've had them work on my prior homes, and have always found them to be professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Solid business with good ethics.

Provider failed to show up for scheduled appointment during work week. Left two voice mail messages with provider's cell phone to contact me and have not heard from the provider. Very disappointing, especially with both spouses taking time away from work.

Andy Nyberg was very friendly and knowledgeable when he first came for an estimate and to see our existing roof. I felt confident with him and his team, and his price was reasonable. We were very happy with the project - they were able to schedule us sooner than expected and then finished well within a day. We had a slight concern about how a few of the shingles were laying, so they came right back and fixed a few that I wanted to lay a little flatter. We were really happy with the final product and it was enjoyable dealing with Nyberg throughout! Would definitely work with them again for future exterior home projects.

There was a little discrepancy on the gutter pricing but they made good on their original word, when the gutters were installed a year earlier. (note: get things in writing first, if possible). They replaced a couple of poorly cut shingles. However, their crew installed the original shingles so well that it was difficult for them to remove the single shingles to replace them. It was one of those situations were it just didn't make sense to swap out a few other shingles because the risk of messing the original job up wasn't worth it. I would still recommend Nyberg Exteriors to anyone in need of a roof, gutters and new skylights. The old saying "You get what you pay for" applies to this company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again because of their quality work and professionalism.

This was a small job to fix missing shingles. Even so Nyberg Exteriors called back promptly and worked with me to get me scheduled quickly, which I really appreciated. They were quite competitive on price and helped to get it down by offering some surplus shingles they had, which just happened to match mine. What really impressed me though was the workmanship. I am not sure if I remember correctly but I think it was Mark who came out on the job. I understand he's been with the company for 20+ years and is one of those folks that takes pride in the quality of his work. He was very thorough. His attention to detail and great knowledge allowed him to spot and glue down additional shingles that were starting to come loose (and probably would have been blown away in the next big storm). It took him extra time to do that but it's what I really noticed and what set Mark and Nyberg Exteriors apart from others. I will definitely call them next time I need any roofing repairs or when it's time to replace the roof.

I called and left a message. Andy Nyberg called me back and we set up the appointment. Since this job required work on the roof, Andy mentioned that the job would have to be rescheduled if it rained on the day of the appointment - fortunately, it did not rain in my area that morning. Andy kept in contact regarding the nature of the work, the price, and after the work was done. The quoted price was reasonable and exactly what was on the final bill. We were the first appointment of the day. Mark came to our home and looked in the attic at the two bathroom vents. He discussed options with me as to where the two roof vents would be located. The new roof vents were put on the side of the house, where another roof vent was located. Mark went back into the attic and ran the sleeves from the bathroom vents to the location of the new roof vents. After that, Mark went onto the roof, created the holes for the new roof vents and then attached the sleeve to the new attic vents. Work was finished that morning.

Removed old shingles and old rubber flat roof and re-shingled and re-installed flat roof. Installed gutters, downspouts and wrapped trim in siding.

Fantastic service! I left a message asking for an estimate a week ago and heard back from Arthur the next day. He came out in a couple of days to look at my garage and emailed me the estimate. It was reasonable, compared to another estimate I had received, and since a friend of mine recommended Nyberg, I went with them. Arthur came by with color samples and I was able to pick the color I wanted. They had an opening this week, the guys came out yesterday and installed gutters and two downspouts on my garage. Quality work and quality response time. Arthur came by afterward to inspect the job. Needless to say, I am completely satisfied and would hire Nyberg again for any other work.

We needed one side of a house's vinyl siding replaced due to an extremely severe hail and wind storm. We are so glad that we chose Nyberg Exteriors. Andy and Arthur, the project managers, were a pleasure to work with. They gave us a very fair price and provided a complete and easy-to-understand contract. The two installers, John and Chris, were very thorough, professional, and so polite and cordial. Even the clean-up and haul away were perfect. We are totally pleased with Nyberg Exteriors and we recommend them highly.

The team was prompt, honest and very professional. The quickly found and explained the source of the water damage (due to incorrectly insulated pipes in the attic, work not associated with roof damage). We were impressed with their honestly of the overall condition of the roof, stating that we don't need a new one for a couple more years. When we do need a new roof, this is the company that I will call!

Andy and his team did exactly as they promised per their formal quote. The work was scheduled relatively quickly and they were in and out in 2 days. The work area was spotless -- you would never have known we had work done on the roof. In addition, the provided some free advice on the merits of installing heating cables on roof above the flat roof to further reduce the risk of water entering our mud room due to ice damming. We took their advice and are placed with overall results. So far, no water has made its way into our mud room.

We had a roof leak in our bathroom which we discovered on Thanksgiving. We called two service providers that same day and Nyberg returned our call on Saturday. They came out to look at the job on Tuesday. Andy and Arthur were punctual, very professional, and did an excellent job. We were disappointed that it took two weeks for them to actually do the work but they were very responsive to our emails during that time. We've experienced rain and snow since the work was completed and are happy to report that we are dry. We would hire them again.

Arthur returned my call within 24h and scheduled an appointment to come see the areas in question. I was able to arrange an appointment very quickly. He showed up on time and was very nice. He discussed the areas in question and gave me his honest opinion- which was actually that there was no decaying wood around my roofline and that the water stains were due to condensation on my cathedral ceiling. So, no need to do any work. Very pleased with his honesty. Will use again should any roof or siding issues come up. Also gave me some tips on caring for my roof that again, was a service he didn't provide, but told me it would help prolong the lifespan of my roof. Great experience!

From the first phone call Nyberg Exteriors was very professional, punctual and efficient. They responded to all my phone calls quickly and were very helpful with the many questions I had. Andy & Arthur came out and gave me an estimate and described in detail exactly what they would do during the reroofing job. Since this was not your typical roof, as it was a semi flat bituminous roof, it was a lot more complicated than a typical roofing job. They scheduled the job and came out with their crew exactly as promised. Their crew was very punctual and worked long hours to complete the job as soon as possible as the weather was getting colder. The crew showed up every day by 7:30, as promised. Both Andy & Arthur came out often to oversee to make sure everything was going well and asked if I had any questions, along the way. They also helped their crew with the job and were very "hands on" during the whole process. Andy also answered my numerous e-mails during the process with questions I had and took the time and patience to explain the details to me. I felt very confident in the attention they gave to the job and it was clear that everyone takes great pride in their work. They also did a great job of clean up each day before they left. I would highly recommend Nyberg Exteriors to anyone considering a roofing contractor. In addition to be hard working, they are professional, punctual, courteous, detail oriented and really do an exceptional job for a very fair price. You will not be disappointed as these guys are the best!

I emailed Andy a couple of times (+voice message) before eliciting a response and he kept indicating that they would come, without a specific date or time. I indicated on Dec 2 that I was disappointed with their responsiveness and got a rather cryptic reply but no visit commitment. All told I contacted them more than 6 times.

Nyberg Roofing is an EXCELLENT company to do business with! Owner Stuart Nyberg showed up on time for job estimate appointment. VERY professionally dressed, spoken and knowledgeable! Keeps the customer aware of any changes and updates with the job. They also have an A+ rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Gave the best price out of four other roofing companies that I took estimate/bids on through Angies List and the BBB. Owner pointed out several upgrades they were doing with aluminum flashing that I missed and no other roofing company?s estimators pointed out, at NO addition cost. The other four companies were not even close to Nyberg Roofing?s job estimate! The roofing crew started at around 8:00 a.m. and had there been more light that evening, they would have completed the three roof residential job. They were out around 8:30 a.m. the next morning to complete the job in a couple of hours. The large crew of about 6 men did an EXCELLENT job and cleanup! You can?t even tell they were here after they were finished with the jobsite. Nyberg Roofing is an A+ company to do business with. I highly recommend this very professional and knowledgeable company from experience!

It's always a pleasant experience to communicate with Nyberg, and they are very responsive to our questions. The roof, gutter and siding crews are very professional and pleasant to work with. Excellent service, excellent quality.

Andy gets back to us every time we reach out to him. He said he doesn't do too much of this moss removal, but after seeing our roof agreed to the job. They came out on time, were very friendly, and it looks like they did a great job. I really liked how professional this company was.

Nyberg was fantastic! I was actually going to get 3 bids on our roof but I liked Andy and Arthur so much that I went with them without getting the other 2 bids. The crew showed up every morning on time at 7:45am to start at 8am. They worked their tales off for 5 days usually ending around 7pm. They maybe took 1/2 hour for lunch. The crew cleaned up every night before they left and were very pleasant during working hours, if I had a question. Andy and Arthur showed up every morning and evening to inspect what work had transpired that day. They both walked the roof for a final inspection which was nice to see. I want to add that they didn't cut any corners either. The crew flashed my chimney up about 8" in a pattern that flowed with the brick. Because of the way my house sits we get ice damning (1923 home - attic was fully insulated prior to the new roof - nothing more we can really do about it except use electric gutter heaters) Nyberg ran 9ft of ice shield up our roof on both sides of the house. This is a hassle free company to work with and so far the quality of their work looks great and has held up. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. I think the price was fair for the amount of work done. You pay for what you get and thus was the case with the work Nyberg did. I did check with a friend, who is in the roofing business in another state, and he thought the price quoted was fair. I will also add that I did get a little credit back for some leftover shingles.

Nothing but good things to say. The work was done with an incredible attention to detail, including negotiating a deck and pergola attached to the house, fence gates attached to the house, multiple window and door frames, speaker system, utility connections, air vents. All perfectly finished and the job site left impeccable afterwards. The final result is beautiful. This work also fixed a leak that we had from lack of flashing under the old siding, which Nyberg identified and rectified. They are prompt in their communications, and the owner and staff are great guys to work with, smart and capable and hardworking as well as kind. They worked with us to pick a date for the job that was OK for our schedule. This is the second job we've asked them to help us with (the first was a roof repair), and we will call them again when the roof finally needs to be replaced.

I own several properties and this is by far the best interaction I've ever had with a contractor for a significant project. The owner, Stuart, made two visits out to the property to talk about the project before we hired him, including meeting with my architect father-in-law to discuss the repair of joists which we had noticed over the years were improperly fastened when a remodeling was done many years ago. Project was completed on time in a very professional manner and the workmanship was exceptional. Stuart provided me with updates and came it at the price agreed to. I interviewed a number of providers and I think if you are doing a tearoff project that includes a flat roof and masonry Nyberg is by far the best choice. I felt that the other top-listed angie's list providers were giving me ridiculous prices because they were just busy and the know they can put high prices out and get people to bite. I also wanted a team that knew how to handle masonry repair as well. I could tell when a roofing provider didn't really know masonry and Nyberg has a great mason and they understand how to do masonry efficiently and properly. Stuart gave me an honest fair price and his team's workmanship was second to none. I had a great experience in every way possible. Highly recommend Stuart and his team.

Andy's crew did a great job! They were punctual -- starting on schedule & finishing when promised. They were neat, thorough, organized, & produced a very good result. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. The most significant amount of the work was the tearoff, since we had a reroof done 20 years ago over the original roof. They replaced all the vents, fans, & flashings. Since I did not want a dumpster or heavy truck on our new driveway, Andy arranged for an extra crew member to move the debris by wheelbarrow to a truck on the street. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Nyberg Exteriors without hesitation.
