The workers from Nyberg were excellent. They had good customer service skills. They were very good at explaining what the project would entail. They were also very willing to answer all of my questions. I would use them again to get another quote.

I was deeply impressed with this company's honesty and thoroughness. They spent about one hour checking for moisture where the leaking had occurred and noted that the problem was most likely not due to a roofing leak and therefore out of their service domain. At the same time I had another roofing company that told me the roof would need to be replaced (over 8,000.00 in proposed work) to correct the problem. Nyberg investigated the roof and saw that it was in excellent condition. It's scary to think that $8,000.00 could have been needlessly spent on a job due to a contractor's greed. Nyberg didn't charge me a penny even though they knew that they weren't going to get any work out of their assessment. THANK YOU NYBERG! I will definitely use you in the future!

Arthur and Andy, who came out to quote and oversee the project, were very easy to deal with. The only negative experience we had encountered was a disconnect on the day the roof was to be installed and this was due to a miscommunication between Arthur/Andy and the owner Andy Nyberg. Eugene and Adam performed the work on the siding/fascia/soffits and gutters and they are are absolute perfectionists. All in all, the project went very well.

Called Andy Nyberg who responded on time and brought his crew out at the agreed upon time. His team spent 3 hours meticulously working to isolate the chimney leak to a very small leak in the caulking. Repaired that and then spent the rest of the day repairing the original leak which was ont he corner of where the second floor met the roofline above the first floor (this was supposedly a tough one according to Gem - they must have caulked half the roof and siding over those years trying to fix it) Nybergs guy replaces the tins (sp?) and a bunch of other parts. Since the chimney repair involved less time and materials than originally quoted, the price was also dropped by about $200

They came out and gave me an estimate for about sixty one hundred and the end price was sixty seven hundred and ten dollars. The original estimate was for basic shingles, and the price went up because I went for a upgrades shingle. I talked with the president of the company, throughout the process. He was good about giving me options and making sure that I was informed about what was going on. Within a week of acceptance they scheduled me in for about a week later. They sent out a large crew to do the job and they originally told me that it would take a day and the job ended up taking about five hours. When they came out to do the work, they even checked to make sure that everything was okay prior to them doing the work. When they were finished they were very good about cleaning up everything. I was very pleased.

Their quality and price were good. Their responsiveness was somewhat average.

I am SO impressed! To find a contractor who is HONEST AND so helpful in this day and age, is amazing. Andy came out to give us a quote, saw a nail which was causing our small leak, and fixed it right then and there with no cost involved! Such a gentleman and so generous. We will DEFINITELY keep his name on file for roof work in the future! THANKS!

Excellent. I called Andy and got a return call the next day to schedule a time for Andy and Art to inspect where the roof over the addition meets the original house since I continued to get leaks in my basement. Art/Andy came about 30 minutes late (no biggie) and began to inspect the back roof elevation - Andy on the roof, Art came inside with an infrared camera to try and detect the leak source location (he couldn't find it, but it was a pretty cool device). They recommended caulking the flashings with high-quality caulk along the roof line up to the chimney. They completed the work in about 30 minutes and gave me a final price lower than the original estimate. They also told me to watch the roof in certain areas for leaks/wear as they probably need to be replaced in 6-12 months depending on the harshness of next winter.

The response to my phone call was quick. The two men who did the estimate were prompt and very professional. They came and checked on the work as it was being done. The workers were very polite and left the property clean and swept up.

Everything went great. The associate sent to work on the home found the additional issue with the vent on the roof that we didn't even know about. He cleaned up afterwards and finished the job completely.

I called Nyberg on Wednesday and Andy came out on Thursday to look at my roof. He got up on the roof to examine it and said that it had some wear, but did not need to be replaced. Several other people had mentioned to me that it looked like I needed to replace it, but he said that you have to look at it from on top of the house to make the decision. I was very happy that he was honest and didn't suggest spending the money on a new roof that I didn't need. You just don't find that very often. I will definitely call him when I do need one.

The experience went very well. I got what I paid for; they had a very competitive price. I thought the work was done very professionally.

They were very responsive, punctual and finished the work quickly. They did not do unnecessary work just to charge extra money. I was very happy with their good work and the price was also reasonable.

They came on time and finished the job with no mess or fuss. The work was of good quality. By comparing their prices to other estimates I received I feel their prices were reasonable.

It was a good estimate. I didn't end up choosing them because I didn't need gutters and I found them to be dishonest for trying to sell me something I didn't need. My gutters are just 14 years old. I wouldn't consider them in the future.

Stuart Nyberg came out and gave me an estimate. He told me he'd be out in March with his roofer and aluminum siding to talk about what needed to be done and get it started as soon as weather permitted. I called mid-March to find out when he wanted to meet and he said he had thought about it and decided they didn't want to do the work. I'm wondering if he would have even called me had I not called.

We had about 6 companies come out and give us estimates. Nyberg Exteriors was the last to come out, and at that point we where actually leaning towards another roofer. After speaking with Andy it was clear for us to choose Nyberg Exteriors. Their estimate was the cheapest. This was surprising to me since they had really high marks and reviews. Cost wasn't the primary issue, but was a nice bonus. Andy was extremely easy to get a hold of, and clarified every question I had. One thing that I really liked, was when I asked Andy if the Roof vents would be black, he took it upon himself to purchase shingle match paint and made sure everything was painted (flue pipe, etc..) at no additional cost. On the day of installation (Friday) I met Andy outside at around 7:00 AM while the shingles were being delivered. The crew arrived shortly after around 8:00 AM. By 3:30 PM the crew (probably 8 guys) was finished and gone. There was no dumpster as they used a dump truck. The following Monday the gutter / fascia / sofit crew arrived and completed the work by the following Friday. I would say that I'm pretty difficult to impress, and have had many negative experiences with contractors. I could not be happier with Nyberg Exteriors. From start to Finish they did what they said they would. Our house looks fantastic and would recommend them 100%

He did what exactly I wanted and it was perfect. He returned phone calls promptly. I had hoped I would be able to do a minimum repair on it. He was able to do that. He was efficient, professional and courteous. He did the repair when I wasn't there as it was an exterior work. He called up to check whether I am happy with the work. He is a pleasure to deal with.

I received a call to arrange for an appointment timely. Although I called for roofing repairs, he told me we didn't have a problem with the roof and took the time to explain to me what he believed the problem was and the type of service I needed. I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need and he spent the time necessary to help me undestand the problem.

Wouldn't use them based on this incident.

It went very well. They were on time and they analyzed my problem.

I contacted Nyberg to schedule an estimate late on Friday to inspect the flat roof of a two flat that had a minor leak in the enclose back porch area.. Andy with Nyberg returned my call on Monday and was very accomodating in working with me to find a time to come out for the inspection and estimate. We scheduled a 7am appointment for Friday that week. Andy and Arthur arrived around 7:10am. The inspection of the entire roof lasted about 20 minutes. They pointed out a few problem areas that needed repair and recommended recoating the roof, which was otherwise in decent shape. Andy said he would email the proposal to me by the end of the day. I received the proposal on Monday. On Thursday I contacted Andy to hire Nyberg to perform the repairs. I sent in a deposit and was scheduled for the work the following week. Andy followed up with me the next day so that I could access the roof and inspect the repairs, as I wasn't home when they completed the work. I found Andy and Arthur responsive both via email and telephone when scheduling and communicating.
