It went very well. I am very satisfied and am considering hiring them to replace the roof this fall.

Rapid response and the job was done swiftly and neatly.

Mr. Nyberg is very honest and professional and his crew do an excellent, clean, thorough job. My roof started leaking in late December and Mr. Nyberg is the only roofer that told me the truth, that I needed to wait until the weather warmed up before I replaced the roof because the materials would be compromised and my roof would cause me trouble a few years later. I researched this and he was absolutely right. I wouldn't use anyone else, ever, for my roofing needs.

Their bid was a bit too high and I went with another company.

They were very prompt and courteous. They fixed the problem right away.

They were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

If I could give a higher rating I would. Andy Nyberg was really responsive and courteous. This is the second time I had the good fortune to utilize his services. Several years ago I had water leaking and I called Nyberg exteriors. Andy came out, inspected the roof and found some areas where there were holes from decorations on the roof from the previous owner. He repaired it. He came down with a brick and advised me that there were some problems with my chimney. He does not do this work. There was so charge for this work. Unfortunately a company came to my door and said I had hail damage (last year) and put a new roof on. This was Stormguard Construction. Of course the work was paid mostly by insurance. This year I had leaking in my Master Bath. I tried calling Stormguard and got no reply. I have tried BBB and they have not had an answer yet;. I was embarrassed to call Andy Nyberg but I knew that I could trust him. He came out, made me comfortable about my calling another company. He then got on the ladder checked the roof and found the problem. He said he would be back later to seal the areas and hopefully this would work. He gave me the other options. Again there was no charge. In this day and age it is heart warming to find reputable, honest, thorough professionals. To anyone who needs help in this area, do not hesitate to call Nyberg exteriors.

Called about loose and missing shakes on my roof. Andy came out quickly and gave me an estimate to do the repairs. While we talked I asked him about a complete check of my roof (very steep) for loose shakes or nail pops etc. He said he would have his man spend the day and go over the entire roof. The next week when we had good weather he sent his man (Mark I think) out. He worked non stop and replace several bad or missing shakes and nailed in the entire ridge caps. He had extra time so he cleaned out my gutters while he was here. Great job. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They took two days to call back, when I called them on the weekend. After setting up an appointment, they were prompt and professional. They answered all my questions and were honest in their evaluation of the condition of our roof. They suggested we could probably get one more year out of our current roof, but will be risking possible leaks where the two roofs meet. We will consider using them when we decide to do it and we will probably call them in the fall or next spring.

Nyberg workers were punctual for their estimate appointment as well as the agreed upon time to do the work. After providing their quote for new gutter and downspout for my carport we had wind damage on my house. A piece of aluminum facia blew off the house. I had a piece of spare facia. Nyberg agreed to install this at no additional charge to the original quote for the carport gutters. A very nice gesture

I was very impressed with Andy and his partner. When I called them and left a message, he responded quickly and we were able to set up a time for them to come out and give us an estimate on installing a downspout extender on our roof which would direct the water directly into a lower gutter. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. I received their estimate via email about 2 hours after they left and after speaking with my husband, we decided to go with them. We were able to set up a time a few days later and they arrived promptly and completed the work in a professional manner. I was very impressed with them and will definitely be using them in the future. I feel like they do very good work at a fair price.

I've used them three times to fix three pieces of work. One of the jobs they charged me $20 and that's why I love them. They are super, super, super. They are courteous and on time. They do a great job. If they deem my opinion on something they will ask me before they go forward. They are as honest as the day is long. They are probably the best contractor I've ever had in this house. I would absolutely use them again.

Mr. Stuart Nyberg was extremely responsive, courteous and his quote was the best ($810) of all the roofers we contacted. He was extremely professional and offered to complete the job right away. Unfortunately, we were in the middle of selling our home and the buyers wanted to go with one of the other roofers who supplied us with a quote. I would highly recommend this company.

The first time they took off a portion of the roof and replaced the underlying wood and just replaced they whole thing. It turned out that some of the ones that they thought they could save started to warp probably because they were up against the new ones or I don?t know why. He came back last summer and I was even more impressed with how he handled that situation. All he asked me to pay for was the underlying wood and he tried to save some of the wood and he said that he just should not have done that, but he did not charge me for the labor. I spent maybe $7000 for the whole roof. I would tell others first and foremost about his honesty and integrity, plus he is a really nice, friendly guy. I like his workers and they were very friendly and these guys were Hispanic, but they spoke English as well. Every time they would do something a little different, one of the guys would come to the door, ring the door bell, and explain to me what they were doing. The guys were very neat and when they took breaks, they picked up all their lunch papers and stuff like that, so I was very impressed with the whole thing. They definitely weren?t the cheapest, but I definitely got my money?s worth.

I used them before for my garage. He's very good and very personable. I had a little trouble with some leakage around the chimney and he took care of it.

Overall Nyberg did a great job. Pricing, work, and clean-up were great.

Two representatives came out to diagnose our ceiling leak problem. They spent a good amount of time investigating and made me feel as though they really understood the problem. Very punctual on providing the estimate.

We have used Nyberg Exteriors before and got them originally from Angie's list. We signed the contract in early November 2010 and were told they could work in cold weather as long as the temperature was above 20 degrees. We were in no hurry but when the weather turned cold and snowy in early December, we thought the work would not start until the spring. They called in early January and spent about 6 days over a 2 week period in all performing the work. It snowed some of the days and they did not work when it snowed. I was pleased that Nyberg was willing to do the work in stages. Previously Nyberg has replaced windows on our house in stages - 3 on the 2nd floor in one job in 2009 and 5 on the first floor on 2 other ocasions in 2010. We have vynil siding on the front of our house already but it is about 20 years old and does not have a layer of insulation. Next year we plan to use Nyberg to re-side the front of the house and replace more gutters and downspouts..

Fantastic work, lowest price of all bids by a large amount (but we were not going to go with a company just because of the price, this just happened to work out). Finished in 2 days, cleaned up everything and all workers polite and professional. Roof looks great, and we have a 10 year warranty. Can't ask for more!

Overall a fantastic job - once the weather cleared they were in and out before I knew it They staged their Materials in an unobtrusive way and removed all garbage from the job quickly - All in all could not have been more pleased with the work they did.

They did a nice job, were timely, left the extra shingles for next time.

Nyberg Enterprises removed and replaced a flat roof on a three unit apartment building. Prior to choosing Nyberg I had three other roofing companies give me estimates. Nyberg's estimate was the lowest and Stuart Nyberg personally climbed on the roof to inspect it and give me his advice. He advised me that before replacing the roof I should have a tuckpointing company look at repairing the parapet walls. After having four masonry companies inspect the parapet wall I got a wide range of estimate on cost and scope of work. I called Mr. Nyberg back and asked him if he could recommend a tuckpointing company. He put me in touch with R & C Tuckpointing and they gave me an estimate for what they considered was the necessary work to insure the integrity of the roof and parapet wall. I am very glad I made this decision because the tuckpointer and roofer work very close together (removing the roof, repairing the masonry & replacing the roof). Working together they completed all the work in four days and did not exceed their estimates. Tearing off an old roof (several layers) is very messy work and they did an excellent job of cleaning up everything before leaving the job site.

Use them once. I call fror service and they have not responded for over two weeks.

Andy Nyberg was very punctual and responsive. Workers were curteous and professional. The job, which was large (approximately 4500 square foot ranch home), was completed in less than four full days. Andy also referred me to a tuckpointer for my chimneys - Olsen Tuckpointing Company - which I used and was very happy with. Very good experience. Somewhat expensive, but hastle free.

We had an ongoing problem with certain parts of our gutters, where rainwater would overflow onto our front porch and patio. Andy Nyberg was recommended to me and he came over to discuss possible remedies. In the end we went with his suggestion to install some oversize gutters and downspouts in the problem areas. So far, this seems to have improved the flow of rainwater and snow melt from our roof.
