Nyberg did a perfect job. The downspouts on my garage were stolen. I called on Monday, April 30, and Stuart sent over a contractor the very next morning. I already had the downspout material, so the price does not include that. The contractor (Martin) did a great job installing the downspouts and securing them to the garage so they couldn't easily be stolen again. Also, he extended them longer than they had been before. He was fast and very professional. I was most impressed with how quick and responsive they were.

Nyberg Roofing gave me a quote within a couple of days after I called and then performed the work when they said they would do it. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them when we have to replace the entire roof in a couple of years.

They were out just a few days after I called and said they would call me back when they were comming out to fix it. They were true to their word - a couple of days later, I got a call and they fixed the problem. No arguements, no stress.

After having some rain in our bedroom over the previous weekend, I called Nyberg on a Monday morning. Andy promptly returned my call and I described the problem we having. We scheduled a time that week to inspect the roof and he agreed to provide a written estimate. After receiving the estimate, we setup a time for the repair to be completed a few days later. The roofer arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work the same day. All debris was cleaned up and removed. Since the roof was repaired, we have had several rains and have had no leakage. The repair blends in nicely with the surrounding roof. As this was the second time I had used Nyberg (the first time several years ago for an unrelated issue with the roof), I was not surprised by the excellent service and work that they do. I will definitely use them again.

We initially sought bids for a replacement of our roof. Andy explained he would be happy to replace our roof but that would not be needed for a number of years. He also bid for the repairs he suggested. They did the work exactly as bid and as scheduled. They were exceptionally neat and a pleasure to have at our home. We unreservedly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish. Quick response on initial call. Also fast response on viewing my roof problems with reasonable estimate. Not as much repair work was needed so the initial estimate was reduced. As you can see in the other reviews, Stuart and Nyberg Enterprises obviously run an honest business. And the repair work has been successful.

They arrived on the day they promised. The weather was cold and windy, I did not expect anyone to show up for roof work because weather and roof pitch were hazardous. All the work was completed efficiently.

Upon initial contact, Andy and Arthur arrived that same day to provide an estimate and answer all my questions re: materials, cost, warrantees, etc. On the date of installation, their work crew was punctual, demonstrated excellent workmanship, and did a very thorough cleanup upon completion of the job. Job was done in one day. Andy and Arthur performed a thorough follow-up inspection, and were kind enough to fix an unrelated gutter problem at my request. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant home repair projects I have ever encountered. I will not hesitate to recommend Nyberg Exteriors to anyone in need of a quality roof installed by skilled, conscientious craftsmen.

We were pleased with the work of this company. We dealt with Andy. He was prompt, efficient and helpful. He kept us well informed throughout the whole process. He was easy to work with and was flexible and willing to accommodate us in any way he could. He was competitive in pricing, but was the only one of the 3 other bids that we had to recommend the thicker plywood and explained why. The workers arrived promptly when they were scheduled to and finished mid afternoon. They covered the shrubbery and cleaned up all the debris. We would use this company again and recommend them.

Just outstanding attention to customer service, prompt in scheduling an appointment to inspect our roof for leaks and provided a comprehensive competitive price for window and sliding door replacement during the same visit. Something we will be following up on very shortly. They identified a very minor problem with our roof that was repaired during the same visit for nominal cost. They are knowledgeable and provided only what was necessary to address the problem. I would recommend them anytime for roof evaluation and repair as well as window replacement.

Outside of some minor weather issues, things went accordingly as planned. The workers cleaned premisses every night and did a thorough cleaning job. Stewart Nyberg was profesional and straight forward with estimate. The workers were courteous and did a great job. My wife was very pleased with the clean up afterwards. I would not hesitate to hire Nyberg Enterprises Inc. again.

I used EagleView Technogies which is company that can use satellite images of a house to determine the requirements for a roofing job. For about $30, I got this detailed report I sent to multiple roofers instead of having to meet each company at the house to do a quote. Worth every penny. It helps when everyone is bidding from the same specs. I sent out my request for pricing on a Sunday morning. By noon Andy had already responded with a bid!. I received 5 other bids over the course of the following week. Only one other Angieslist company came in slightly lower. All the rest were $800 or more higher. I had Andy and the other low bidder out to the house. Andy is very honest and you get that impression the first time you deal with him. He came out for a second visit with more color choices for brown. We scheduled the installation. That day, I left at 7:30 am and came home at 5:30 to a new roof. Besides the roof, the only other evidence I could find was a piece of shingle under my grill. Very impressed with their clean up efforts. I didn't climb up on the roof to inspect, but from the ground everything looks excellent. They removed this ugly fake chimney and replaced with a smaller fixture that is not visible from the street, added two vents for bathroom fans. Replaced two sections of plywood. Highly recommended. Also Andy is a 10yr guarantee, the others are typically on.ly 5.

Mr Nyberg had two of his roofers-after inspecting the roof himself-come and do a "hot mop" over the entire roof. When a few months later-in January- I had another leak Mr Nyberg immediately sent another worker to check for any breaks, weaknesses or holes that were allowing water to get in. There was a large hole near the roof on the side of the house that was then repaired. In March I had another leak. Mr Nyberg came out himself and saw that there were several tears in the tar caused by stress between the main house and the addition. He had his roofer come back within 2 days and cover that entire areas with a patch and sealed. Since then I have had no leak or problem. Mr Nyberg was always prompt and professional. His price was very reasonable and you could tell he was an honest man that stands by his work his workers and will do a good job. I recommend him to anyone who wants to be able to rely and trust the work done.

They tell you what is going on and explain the situation very well. I don't have to be here when they work. They just send me the bill and do a great job. I trust them.

We had waited too long to re-roof our house, and consequently we had leaks. We needed a roofer soon and a good one. Also, knowing we needed the roof re-done we decided to do a total make-over ? also replacing aluminum siding, gutters and windows. So we turned to Angie?s List and ultimately chose Nyberg Enterprises because of their excellent reviews. They installed a new roof, siding, gutters and windows. We are very glad we chose them. Their work was excellent and the result is great. We contacted Nyberg and within a few days of our call, we met at the house to discuss the project with Andy and Arthur who are project managers and company representatives for the work. They walked the exterior of the house; climbed up and examined the roof of house and back porch. We discussed our old gutter system and problems we had had with them in the past and they discussed how the gutter system could be improved. They measured the interior of windows. They made helpful suggestions that aided in our decisions for materials. At each step in discussing the elements of this project and in response to our questions it was obvious they were very knowledgeable. Color can be a tough choice, but since we had seen some houses with color schemes we liked, Andy and Arthur were also helpful in pointing out colors that might be similar to those we liked. This was very helpful and we love the final look. They then promptly e-mailed an initial proposal which included alternative choices of roofing and siding types and their respective pricing. The proposal seemed fairly priced and we accepted it. Then we finalized our decision when soon after Andy and Arthur brought us actual samples for us to consider. We were e-mailed the final proposal which reflected our specific siding, roof and window choices, and we paid a down payment to buy materials. They estimated work could begin in two to three weeks given their current schedule of work. The work began within that range of time. Each day workers showed at 7:30 am and worked through the day. Each was conscientious in their work. Each day they cleaned up the area thoroughly. Old roofing (2 layer) was removed, re-roofed; then siding was removed and new installed. They worked area by area. Windows were installed. Gutters were installed with an improved placement. As with other elements, the gutters were quality, of a heavier gauge than our old ones. In each case I was very pleased with the quality of materials (including caulk) they used. Andy and Arthur would often visit at the end of the day to see how work had progressed and discuss the project and answer any questions. They also would use e-mail for timely communication about the project. Further, as a nice touch, they installed our new exterior lights which was not charged in the proposal. Throughout the process their work was on time, done professionally and with pride in craftsmanship, care to detail and the result is beautiful. Many neighbors have commented on what a good job was done. For example, one neighbor driving by, stopped, rolled down his car window, pointed at our house and said: ?A+!? Thanks Nyberg!

We had a severe mold problem in our attic due to inadequate ventilation. The entire upper level of our roof needed to be replaced along with the gable portions of our house, due to mold growing on the underside of the plywood sheathing. We needed to coordinate 3 separate contractors; roofer, attic insulator & mold remediation contractor, in order to fix the problem. We received 3 roofing estimates. Nyberg Exteriors was not the cheapest, but we decided to go with them because of their high ratings on Angies List along with the professionalism that Andy Nyberg showed. The roof had been replaced a year prior. Since only the upper portion of the roof was damaged & needed replacement, we wanted to match the existing shingles on the lower roof. These shingles were not the shingles that Nyberg usually uses, but Andy sought them out & installed them without any additional cost. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day. Prior to the roof work being done, all of the attic insulation was removed by another contractor. Andy had coordinated the roof work with the mold remediation company. Nyberg's crew removed the entire roof on one side of the house, which then allowed the mold remediation company to clean, & seal the damaged joists & trusses. Then they removed the opposing side. Once the remediation company was finished, the roofers then reinstalled the new plywood sheathing & shingles. They also carefully removed the vinyl siding from the gable portions of the house. They replaced the damaged plywood & installed Tyvek house wrap & then reinstalled the siding. It all went very smoothly & was completed in one day; just as promised. Thankfully the weather cooperated with us. Nyberg Exteriors also installed a new power attic fan, which worked perfectly until we had the insulation in the attic reinstalled. The fan quit working. We called Andy back & he promptly sent a workman to check out the fan. Apparently the new blown in insulation had clogged up the fan & choked the motor. The insulation company neglected to turn the fan off or cover the fan, to prevent this from happening. Andy replaced the fan, even though it was no fault of his. That was great customer service.

Andy Nyberg got back to me within a couple of hours of contacting him. He was very nice and willing to help me out. My job was a small one and they usually do larger jobs, but he had his associate, Mark come out the next day to fix the roof. Mark was extremely maticulous in his assessment of the lifting tiles and made sure each and every one was secured back to the roof. He also did a complete job getting off all the algea as well. In addition, the down spout of the gutter needed to be adjusted to better drain water, (I didn't even know this was an issue) and he took it upon himself to fix it at no charge! They were clean, prompt, did a great job, were reasonable priced, and I would recommend them to others. They didn't try and sell me services I didn't need at the moment. I plan to use them again for further work in the next few years.

Had a small leak coming through and called Nyberg (I had some work done by them at a different location). They got back to me quickly and we set up an appointment. Showed up on time, found the leak, and caulked it. They didn't even charge me for it since they were close by and it took no time at all. Very good experience.

They were excellent. They arrived on time and he figured our right away what the problem was and fixed it quickly. Their price was very reasonable.
