Andy, the owner, came out and carefully assessed the damage and provided me with a very competitive estimate. I had a few other estimates, but I chose Nyberg Exteriors because of: 1). Andy's experience, professionalism and integrity. 2). The excellent rating here on Angie's List 3). Nyberg is a recognized as Professional Installer by CertainTeed (manufacturer of roof materials) Andy's communication throughout the process was exemplary, and I wish all my experiences with contractors went as efficiently. Andy came out to show us a number of samples, and we decided on one that looked good and scheduled the install for a few days later. The work group arrived promptly on the day of the install, and rang the bell to let us know that work was starting. The work crew conducted themselves very professionally throughout the entire install. They worked tirelessly from early morning to late evening to ensure things were done. I never had the impression that things were being rushed. They went out of their way to fix a gutter that was previously damaged by another company, and replaced several sheets of rotting out plywood. A previous mess of tar and shingles near my chimney was fixed and cleaned up by the crew, and it looks great now. The roof vents were replaced, and everything looked just right with the roofing shingles. Clean-up was exceptional. Really the only way I knew they were there was due to a small bit of shingle in the odd place. I was careful to examine the driveway afters, and did not find a single nail laying on the ground. The end result is a fantastic looking roof. I only wish the rest of my house looked as nice as the roof does. I plan to have Andy and his crew back out next year to help with some of those need changes. I understand now why Nyberg is so highly rated, and I am very happy to add my name to the extensive list of satisfied customers.

Roof and gutter crews worked very hard and fast to get the job done between rainy periods. Result looks great and works fine so far--seven year warranty provided. Not cheap, but price in line with most other proposals.

They do a great job, w have used them before and would highly recommend the. One of the owners is out everyday to make sure everything is going along smoothly. We had one issue- they used the wrong side downspouts on the garage. When my husband called about them, they were out to redo the downspouts the next day.

Extremely prompt and professional service. We will definitely hire them again when we need a new roof or roof repairs. Price was right in the middle of other estimates that we received. The work was done when promised, and things were cleaned up when they were done.

Once they got here. They were professional, good, and quick. I was scheduled for a monday. Someone called about 30 minutes after there show up window was up to inform me of scheduling issues that day. They moved me to a 1-3 show up time slot. It was really hot & humid that day. The crew was tired after two other jobs. I get it i work outside on that days like also. They came toward the end of there window the next morning. Movings day round when i work as free lancer gets to be a bigger issue than people realize. Andy was responsive with the estimate process.

This Job went better than expected. I really don't like dealing with contractors but these guys made it hassle free and easy. I called Nyberg Roofing they promptly came out and then gave me a quote within a week. We spoke several times by phone I asked them to come out again because I needed to add a few things and discuss a few issues that I had regarding a front porch roof and the down spout coming off the roof in the back. They came out again we talked they said that those things that I added could be done at no additional charge. Everything was done according to what had been discussed. They left everything clean and neat. I would most definitely recommend Nyberg roofing and I would most definitely hire them again.

Great, I have not had any issues whatsoever, now six years later I can confidently say, great job, no leaks or water seeping through now.

The only problem I had was that I was not able to be at home when the work was done. I had a problem with water damming with my old gutters and wanted to let the workers know so that I wouldn't have the problem in the future. When I called Nyberg that evening and expressed my concern, two men came out the next day and added caulking around the area where I had the previous problem. Also, I want to add that the gutters look very good. Only two sides of the house were replaced, but the color match is almost perfect.

Well. Workers pleasant and respectful. Good job cleaning up debris all around house and neighbor's property. I assume they did a good job on the work, but time will tell. Looks neat from the ground. I asked the owners to come and check the work afterward and they came promptly.

Owner came for estimate. Easy to talk to. Polite and professional. Workers were very careful not to make a mess with discarded roofing and were pleasant to deal with. Also considerate with cleanup. Nice to work with.

He was great. He set up an appointment. He was here on time. It was a decent price. It wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't the highest either. The quality seems to be fine. We've had some good storms and it doesn't leak anymore. His responsiveness was very good. They came on time.

I don't like it when contractors come out and just don't want to do the work - the job is too small, etc. etc. and they can't just say that. These guys made up some comments about they don't work on the type of gutters we had. Ok - give me a bid to replace them! That is what the other contractors did - grow some balls. I wouldn't waste my time with these guys - double speak.

They were awesome. They were great. Yeah, I would use Nyberg Exteriors again in the future. We'll try and get a bid for gutters.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Nyberg Exteriors. I was nervous because the leak happened on a Friday and didn't know if they'd be able to come since it was the weekend. They came out later that very day and fixed everything. They are amazingly responsive and I feel like fantastically priced as well.

The cost was $3300. They did a decent job for a decent price. They saved me $10,000.

Extremely well. They were not the cheapest but they impressed me with their knowledge and general air of competence. The tear off, repairs to roof timbers, installing new roof and placing vents where none existed before took 21/2 days with 5-6 workers. The guys were very hard working - I was most impressed. The gutter work happened a few days later with a different crew. My only minor gripe would be that I did not see any supervision of the roof crew. I'm not saying there wasn't any, just that they did not touch base with me and I was present throughout the work.
