They were very difficult to communicate with and they came at the wrong time. We feel they exaggerated the issues and their bid was outrageous.

See previous explanation. Quality grade is only given because we did not go up on the roof to inspect the completed job and are awaiting a longer period with the new skylight. Hoping the unexpected severe winter weather will not affect the results of this job!

They tore off the old shingles, repaired the one section of ply board and installed new shingles in one day. A week later they installed new moisture barrier and new siding. They cleaned up the work site. Overall we are very pleased with the job that they did. The garage looks as if it had just been built.

Completed roof in one day and it looks good. They did a good job of not damaging the landscape. The capping of the wood trim took 4-5 days. The capping looks better than I thought it would. Some minor negatives I have is that I did get a roofing nail stuck in my shoe (almost my foot but I felt it before I pushed down on my foot) while I was mowing the lawn. When I went on the roof after the work was completed I noticed that they smashed the west side of the aluminum siding on the chimney stack. No one told me about it and probably would have never known if I hadn't gone on the roof. I told the guys doing the capping and they went up there and fixed it. The aluminum capping looks good but their caulking wasn't the best. Overall they did a good job at a reasonable price.

They did a terrific job. Protected our ladscaping very well and cleaned up daily.

All work was done in a neat and timely manner. They were called back for some touch up work, with no complaints. The price was right and I would recommend this company. One of the few companies with a 5year warranty. Andy and Arthur were very easy to work with.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Nyberg Exteriors did for us. Andy and Arthur came out within a few days of us calling and gave us a very reasonable bid to replace the shingled portion of our old vintage house and also a bid to replace the roof on our garage. They they were very patient with us when we were scheduling the work. We weren't sure how all the work would affect our landscaping, so we scheduled our work for the fall and on a weekend. Andy and Arthur came out with a crew of 6-7 guys at 8:00 am and got right to work. They laid out some tarps to cover our plants and we're very cognizant and considerate of our neighbors. They did the whole job in one long day and cleaned up every scrape that came off the roof. It looked cleaner than before they started. All in all we very happy with the end result. They even did a small siding repair while they were here. Easy to work with, being on time, good guys and quality of work all made this project easy for us.

Everything went great. Andy & Arthur were punctual for the initial discussions, and the workers were always punctual, and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. Importantly, once the work started, they stuck to my job until it was complete. The entire job took approx 2 weeks. They were more than happy to fix a couple minor visual issues, even after they were paid. They're always pleasant to work with, and understand any concerns and offer good suggestions. The house now looks great. Quality of the windows and sliding door looks good, seems solid (frames are standard plastic).

Andy was very good at responding to our needs. He was able to present and recommend a couple of alternative options without "upselling" us. The workers were in and out on time and on budget - efficient operation all around

Nyberg Exteriors did a great job with the new roof and the repair of my exterior brick walls. The workers were punctual and professional. They did the job in a timely manners. They pointed out to me any damage they discovered and proposed solutions to remedy them. Their pricing was extremely competitive. I really like their honesty and professionalism. I would refer them to friends and family if they need these type of service.

Nyberg installed a new roof and gutters for us, at a reasonable price and with great customer service. Andrew in the office was responsive and efficient, even though it took a couple of days to actually make contact due to the Labor Day holiday. The old roof was torn off and the new on put in a single day, and a second crew was here the following week to do the gutters, also in a single day. Everyone was very efficient, polite, and professional. We had been interested in "leaf guard" gutters, but Andrew persuaded us that they would be overwhelmed by the volume in our very leafy yard. Instead he recommended oversize gutters and downspouts. We have yet to see how these work, so this review may be premature. The only disappointment was that the white "energy star" shingles were not available, even though they had been part of the portfolio we were given to choose from.

This review is long overdue - Nyberg Exteriors completed the work for us in mid-2012. Andy Nyberg personally came to review and provide the quote. I compared Nyberg to 3 other vendors and went with this company. I am extremely happy with the work. He was competitive and the quality was excellent. Andy has a very pleasing personality. Would highly recommend. I had an issue with the color of the drain pipe that the team originally installed and Andy came personally to replace. I was pleasantly surprised.

They evaluated the area and found the issue right away. The work plan was detailed and no corners were cut on the repair materials to prevent future problems. We were very pleased with responses from both Andy and Arthur when we had any questions or concerns and feel comfortable that we will not have any problems should there be future issues.

Andy Nyberg came out and gave me an estimate on tearing off and replacing roofing material. His crew showed up within a few weeks of my acceptance of the proposal. Work was completed in one day. Crew was courteous and answered all my questions. They also installed a new roof fan. In September I noticed that the fan would sometimes run when it was chilly outside. I called Andy and he came out within a week and reset the thermostat. Great company. Very easy to work with. Very professional.

Nyberg arrived for the scheduled appointment exactly on time. Quickly diagnosed problem. Estimate received the next day via email. Work performed approximately two weeks later while I was at work. Although the solution to the problem was the replacement of the the underlying weather seal and flashing, they also did a very nice job on the decorative copper flashing including "shaping" it to redirect the rain water away from the side of the house. Looks great. After may major storms this summer, still completely dry.

Called them for advice on venting 2 bathroom exhaust fans through the side or roof of the house. Asked them if it wasn't something they could do, could they recommend someone to do the work. They never bothered to return my call.
