Description of Work: Nyberg did an excellent job replacing my roof and installing new gutters and downspouts. Andy was very responsive and his crew did a great job.

A week later called again left another request for estimate and still have not received any response from Nyberg. Disappointing since I had hoped to use them since they had a very good rating on Angie's list and were local.

I got 4 estimates, and they were not only the best price, but they were prompt, easy to work with, and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up everything afterwards, and other than the brand new roof, you would never know they had been there.

Description of Work: Nyberg Exteriors replaced two skylights in our condo living room In April of 2010. It was done promptly, with no complaints at all. Eventhough they had to purchase a contractors permit for $75 from our Cary Village Hall, they didn't add it to our cost. We highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Very quick and professional with a roofing inspection and estimate. We were told that we had a few years left on our roof and that no repairs needed to be made now. Other roofers we had out were not as honest. His estimate came $2000 below the other estimate we had (he gave us an estimate for reference even though he said we didn't need a new roof now).

Description of Work: I left a voice mail on August 20, 2013 and explained that I needed my roof repaired. They never called me back.

Description of Work: our bedroom ceiling crashed into our bedroom from water and I called Nyberg as they had installed our roof and gutters years before and always were responsive and very good. They sent a man out and he kind of did nothing and Andy ceased returning any of my phone calls. We brought in another person and had all problems resolved within a couple of weeks. I just did not understand the lack of returned calls after what I had felt was a long relationship (6 years) with Nyberg.
