We hired them for $400 to just do property markings. Very straightforward and quick. We were told they were booking 2-3 weeks out. We said 'okay', but we were waiting for the markings so we could install a fence. The reason we can't just find them ourself is because one is under a utility pad and there is a question about where it is exactly installed. I asked to be home for when they come out due to that reason. After 3 weeks, I received a call on Monday morning stating they would arrive on Monday afternoon. I waited around all Monday afternoon and no one arrived. I called their office at 4:30. The person who answered the phone said he would check and see what is happening. He called me back and said the surveyors were on their way and would be there at 5:00. I told the receptionist that 5:00 pm is not afternoon and I had to leave. I called back to reschedule and was told it will be another 1-1.5 weeks before they can come out. They did not honor their original appointment time and now we have to keep waiting to get the fence installed.

I absolutely had a wonderful experience with them. They were very professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions, and were very careful not to disturb any of the existing landscaping. They were wonderful people, and I very much recommend them to anyone that needs their services.
