+ -1 moreService was excellent & rugs look great. Our residence was within the “free delivery zone” so the rugs were picked up/delivered without a charge. Took one week & price seemed very reasonable. Very happy with our experience & the finished product.
Description of Work: We had two scrap pieces of carpet bound to use as floor rugs in our home.

Description of Work: I have used M & L previously so I knew the quality and cost of the work would be good. |M & L picked up and dropped off my carpet remnant that I wanted made into two small rugs. The remnant was an odd shape, but they patched a couple of pieces to make it work. You can't see the seam at ll.

Description of Work: I contacted Steve for an estimate on carpet binding for a 4 rugs. He came to see them and advised against rebidding the frayed edges because the backing was pulling away and the rugs were basically falling apart. He then told me about having large remnants that could work as replacements. He has sent me photos of those via email and we have not as yet decided on purchasing them, but he is offering a very reasonable price for rugs that are of a higher quality than the ones we had.

+ -1 moreproviAs part of a new hardwood floor installation, I had removed a large piece of wall-to-wall carpet and because it was of very high quality and design wanted to have it cut to a smaller size for use as an area rug. M and F picked up this carpet piece, and performed the work. They also recommended a carpet/area rug cleaning service that could clean this piece and several other area rugs. I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed, and the excellent recommendation for cleaning service. These two companies coordinated very well together to provide all the services I needed. M and F is very reasonable for carpet binding, through their service offering I was able to salvage a couple of year old carpet that was quite expensive when originally purchased. I would recommend them to friends, family, and Angie's List subscribers.
Description of Work: M & F converted a piece of wall-to-wall carpet to an area rug but cutting it to size and applying a binding to all four sides.
