Description of Work: Total complete tear off and roof replacement. It went very very good. he gave me the best price for really a lot of work. He bought me samples, had me go out and pick the samples and decide what kind I wanted to use. I was able to pick the brand, I liked it and that's what he ordered. I had actually seen other people in my neighborhood had used him as well, so I was able to check on his work. His worker's were very nice and the owner was onsite the entire time. He kept his word.

Description of Work: Larry and crew replaced the current roofing, with a much deeper ice shield material, and better quality shingle material than I had before. |Larry is local, prompt, courteous (unlike the storm chasers that come to the door to get the job, and disappears after the job is done).  + 1 moreWe had a problem with excess humidity and water leaks in the attic. We knew from inspecting the attic and roof that there was a problem with the roof at the furnace flue, fireplace chimney and exhaust vents installed by a roofing company eight years ago. We called other roofers that did not want to come out. After being told to ?turn down the humidifier? by one of the roofers, we called Gustafson Roofing. Larry Gustafson inspected the roof, provided a written proposal and alternatives. Gustafson recommended a HVAC contractor to handle the flue vent and coordinated the work. When they started they found additional problems that were fixed without additional cost. They removed and replaced rotted wood, installed flashing, water seal material and new shingles to match the existing roof. The work was done quickly and professionally.
Description of Work: Repair roof at furnace vent and fireplace chimney, install two roof vents.

Several serious issues were discovered and Larry informed me of every step that would be taken to rectify the issues. He delivered on his every word - he and his crew were very professional. They were prompt and completed the project quickly. Nothing was left behind...Gustafson Roofing took care of everything from A-Z. Larry also referred me to a trustworthy and professional gutter business that completed the project in a very prompt manner. I am extremely happy with how great my house looks with a new roof and gutters. Gustafson Roofing did an outstanding job!!

Description of Work: My roof was severely damaged on June 20 by wind storm. Larry Gustafson came and met with my insurance claims representative to together assess damage. Within 5 days after the insurance company approed the estimate, Larry Gustafson began the work and kept me informed daily as to the progress of the 4 day job. They cleaned up every night and except for a dumpster in my driveway and the stacked new roofing materials, at the end of the day, you would never know the work was being done.

 + -1 moreTerrible. Roof was put in 5 years ago and I have had leaking problems ever since. Getting him to come out to the house to try and fix problems has always been a struggle. He did come out several times to patch and caulk but problem has never been solved. Roof still leaks.
