Description of Work: Fixed a leak in ceiling in one of my skylights, calked around the skylight. came out twice to fix 2 skylights. Second trip was to perfect what he had done on the first.

+ -1 moreI called Ken last week. He was not available and returned my call within a couple hours. He explained that he would come out to check my skylights but needed to work around the weather. The roof needed to be dry. The forecast called for several days or rain. He stated that he would put me on the schedule for early next week. He knew that I was home during the day and had flexibility in scheduling. He called Monday PM and asked if I was available on Tuesday AM. He said he would be here at 10:00. Within minutes of hanging up the phone, we started getting snow flurries. There was a heavy overnight frost. Ken called on Tuesday AM and asked about the exposure of the skylights to determine how soon the roof would dry. We rescheduled for 2:00. I anticipated this change since Ken had explained the importance of the dry roof. He arrived promptly, took a look, make a quote and got busy! Excellent price and 1 year guarantee. Very pleasant and professional!
Description of Work: Ken did exterior work on 6 skylights. He cleaned up and caulked/resealed 6 skylights.
