This is a one man operation wherein you are always dealing with the owner and the guy that will be doing the work. As such I am always representing myself which means I will always do a good job. I never contract work out so I can always keep the quality of work high.I do not make trip charges or service fees. I charge only for labor, and materials. I will give a 10% discount to Angie's List members as a way of showing my apprciation for your confidence in me.

Great. He explained the proper spacing of soffit vents and asked my opinion of placement before making cuts.
Description of Work: Replaced existing soffit vent covers. Cut out more vent holes and added covers. This was in preparation for attic insulation.

The project went very well from start to finish.
Description of Work: We had an over-the-range microwave that broke and needed to be replaced. The existing cabinet above the cooktop was too tall (18" high) to accommodate the newer, much larger microwaves (ie, not enough clearance to use large pots). Fortunately we had a shorter cabinet left over from the original kitchen remodel. Jerry removed the broken microwave oven, the existing cabinet above it and the electrical outlet. He then installed the new cabinet, relocated the electric outlet into the new cabinet and installed the new microwave oven. The one "glitch" he encountered was that the cabinet doors were rubbing against the soffit when opened. He worked patiently and diligently to make many, many hinge adjustments to correct the problem and resolved it. Everything was done very professionally. We were extremely pleased with Jerry's work and would highly recommend him for any project. He is very knowledgeable, personable and professional.
