Jacob and his crew replaced 24 windows and 4 exterior doors in our very old bungalow. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Jacob came out himself to see the house, and very quickly provided a reasonable quote. When the work began, Jacob was onsite every day, and he and his crew were all very friendly and respectful. He doesn’t take any short cuts, in fact, he did everything the long way like removing dry rot wood behind the siding instead of just covering it up. Jacob takes pride in his work and it shows! Jacob and his crew replaced our roof and gutters, put on leaf guards, and added some house trim. Jacob is very easy to work with, very responsive, and his team members were very considerate and hard working. They did an excellent job, cleaned up everything, took pictures of the entire job so we could see what they saw without having to go up a ladder or on the roof. The cost was below the other 4 bids and was the same quality of shingles and gutter material. It was a pleasure to do business with Jacobs 1 construction.
